Hello, I can’t turn my purifiers oscillation off using the app remote. Any advice on how I can fix it?

I had this exact issue.
I contact CS and they ran me through the controls. They asked me to check that I can still control it using the App. I assume if you can’t control it using the App then it indicates a fault.. I have since found out a reset (turning the machine off then back on) could help to solve this though.
Have you tried the physical remote?

The remote works just fine. I couldn’t control anything through the App. I think my machine must have been offline or something. Turning it off and then back on again after a few minutes worked.
