360 Heurist - Robot Offline

Hi 

My friend has a Robot Heurist and it’s showing as switched off in their App. 

They’ve put it on the dock and it doesn’t come on. Is there an off and on switch? Does anyone know what they can do to try and fix it?

A quick search online has revealed that if the robot doesn’t dock in just the right position, it doesn’t engage the charger and over time just switches off. To fix it, you’d need to have them check it now charging and have them hold down the ‘Play’ button on the robot.

I’d screenshot your reply and sent it to them via WhatApp. They solved it straightaway.. 

Seems so simple. We’re kicking ourselves that we didn’t think of it first.
