My Vis Nav has worked brilliantly for several months until now.  The App won’t connect to the Robot and each time I have to Power Off and On again before getting a connection. This means that scheduled cleans won’t work without going through this process.

I’m now told I have to return the machine which will be away for 10 days! This is a very unsatisfactory solution.

Two points arise;

  1. What do I do for the 10 days without a vacuum?
  2. The robot is working apart from the communication issue.  Surely there is a software fix for this.

We have same issue we still didn’t get any response on this.
