Hello since the new release of the robot vacuum in Australia, my Dyson 360 eye has not been functioning due to the software update in the MyDyson app.  I have rung the Dyson 1800 number with the above as feedback.
 

Could the software engineers consider in the next update to be able to use the Japan build version in Australia.

A little late to the party. Might it be worth re-installing the onboard software. If I recall, you can force a software download by resetting the robot. Failing that, you could always download it manually. 

This should help - Power Cycling/Restarting/Resetting' the robot.
