Hi. 

I purchased my Coralle Straighteners Dec 2020. 

A couple of days ago, the power light started to flash white. Wouldn't switch on,  wouldn't charge etc. I contacted Dyson, only to be told it's a battery issue & they don't have replacement batteries. I was then told that all i could do was throw them away.... but they would offer me 20% off a new pair of straighteners !

I thought that a global brand would be able to offer a replacement battery for them.

Also, something that cost £300 would last longer than 3.5 years !! 

Has anyone else had the same issue ?

If so, did you manage to get anywhere, other than throwing your £300 product in the bin?

Welcome to the wonderful world of Dyson product ownership. We spent $500 on a vacuum cleaner and the filter (made of cheap plastic) broke after about six months. Dyson has refused to cover it under warranty. You can’t even buy a replacement filter if you wanted to - it has been out of stock for over six months. Yet Dyson continues selling new vacuums with the “out of stock” part … hmm.
