Cut a long story short, I misplaced my dyson gen5 charger while transporting between clients, but now I can't seem to find anywhere where I can buy just a charger cable in Australia. Plenty available for the older models, but literally nothing for a gen5. Please help, as I love my gen5 so much

You should be able to buy it directly from the Dyson website, at least you can in the UK. Head to their website support page and select the Gen5. When on the product page, click the spare part button.

Failing that, give Dyson a call. They usually have different stock online vs helpline.Â
