recently purchased the dyson v12s detect slim submarine complete. tried the submarine wet roller head tool and noticed that even when the water tank is already less than 1/5 full the lcd indicator still shows 40%, is it a faulty unit? also the gap from the tank and holder quite wide in my opinion.
also when the wet roller head is being plugged in the water % only shows 50% is that normal too?
