TP09 is making a weird "bearing?" noise after some time

Hi,Its been almost a month since i bought TP09. Because of the allergy season i decided to keep it on all night long. I set it on 5 and on the night mode. Somehow it came to my attention that whenever TP09 works for a long time it starts making a weird “bearing” noise. Is this a common issue? I think it has the same problem as here.Can this be fixed by Dyson technician? I don't want a new one with the same issue.Ive already returned it for the maintenance.Thank You!

PH04 Issues - Filter reset still showing - Help!

I have been having the same issue with my PH04 for the past few years and this has arguably been one of the most frustrating problems I have had to resolve. I purchased a PH04 a on November 2020. The machine was fine for a year. I then started getting this orange light with an exclamation point (see picture attached). After 4 phone calls and one service center visit over a span of 6 months (trust me- this is a different frustrating story), Dyson finally replaced this machine in February 2023. 5 months later, I have the same exact issue.  I have done everything from reset, purchased new filters, purchased a new water tank, everything. Nothing is resolving the problem. On top of all of this, Dyson is telling me that they cannot cover me under warranty because my warranty doesn’t carry over with the new replacement product they gave me even though it became defective 5 months later. Any help or advice on how I can fix this would be so appreciated. Thank you!!

High Pitch Sounds Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde TP09

This is my second purifier TP09, as I returned and replaced the original due to the intermittent high pitch squealing sound that it produces and now the 2nd model is doing the same thing.  I've researched the community as well as a few other online communities and it concerns me that many people have this same issue and it has not really been addressed as to why and what is the cause.  I do not want to visit a repair center as I've stated that is my 2nd machine and therefore it's not an isolated issue.It seems to me that there is a flaw in the design that is not being addressed.  It doesn't make sense why it works perfectly fine until it doesn't.  If I change the setting from Auto to a number less than 7 I can hear the high pitch sound loudly, 7 - 10 and it can not be heard that much due to the wind speed overpowering however that is not an appropriate sound level to hear all day and after running at that speed for long enough the high pitch starts up again.Many people are attempting t

In-App Filter Purchase showing as Out Of Stock - Incorrect version shown (Solved)

Hello community,My first time posting here, so go easy on me :)I have a Dyson Pure Hot + Cold (I think this is HP04) and live in London. Its filter is at the end of its life, so the app is encouraging me to buy a replacement. In the past this has not been a problem, and I have replaced the filter a few times over the past few years.  However, Dyson’s site is showing theLe replacement filters as sold out, and there is no indication of when they will be back in stock.  Two questions:Any idea when they may be back in stock? Any suggestions on other suppliers in the UK. Amazon has a lot of alternatives which are comparable with this machine, but I would rather stick with an official one.   thanks in advance!

Dyson Cool not running after 60 seconds - Help!

Cool purifying fan , first generation, shuts down after 60 seconds.  reset does not solve the problem.  screen shows symbol for wireless with a blurry green A below and on the left side of the screen.

Different Blue filter on HP09 air purifier - Ideas?

So I ordered a second HP09 from Curry’s today already having got one from Marks Electrical last week and the inner blue filters are completely different.  Is the formaldehyde magic happening inside now? Are the hepa filters the same for both variants of catalytic filters.

Dyson hot and cool pure - Clicking during oscillation

Hi has anyone else had issues with their model clicking on oscillation ?I’m on my third replacement and they are refusing to say it’s a fault and “the noises” are normal when oscillating.pretty disappointed as I expected better from a £400 unit by Dyson and it’s not exactly cheap. Feels like poor materials used and cheap quality to be making these noises. It is quiet for a few hours and then makes a really bad racket after usage.  (Moderation Edit - Tags Added)

Dyson PH04 Air purifier & humidifier off by about 18%… how do I fix this?

I have a brand new Dyson PH04 that seems to be unable to sense the humidity correctly.  It’s consistently 18% higher than other sensors I bought.  I did a deep clean yesterday of the inner orange thing with citric acid, problem still exist.  What can I do to fix the sensor?

Cool Purifier Tower Making Metallic/Angry cricket sound - Ideas?

I’ve seen a few other threads regarding this sound on different devices, this is happening on my month old pure cool tower, doesnt matter the setting, i finally had to turn it off last night i really need the air and fan sound at night but i’d had enough of this sound which will appear an disappear but in this instance it wouldnt go away. what to do? My $30 4 yr old Coway purifier from amazon had to be put in my room instead because it doesnt have that issue.

Hello, I have dayson 11v,It had an engine replaced not long ago. What happens is that he does not allow me to pump, when he registers that the tank is full, but it is not full - what could be the reason? Thank you.

Dyson Purifier Filter - Filter change Icon still showing - Suggestions?

Afternoon,I have just replaced my Dyson purifier filter, having moved the dyson closer to my router, reset it etc, however it’s still greyed out on the filter management side on the app and flashing the filter change icon on dyson.Software all up to date.I’m a little stuck now.Thank you

Air Treatment - Autoreact buzzing. Is this normal?

I bought my cool auto react purifying fan - everything works brilliantly. But when it’s plugged in and inactive it emits a notable humming sound which is quite annoying - especially at night. I just got my dyson machine and I pressed the clean button not knowing what it does and I ran a clean cycle without the cleaner packet. Can someone tell me what effects this will have on my machine?

Dyson Purifier HP09 Formaldehyde catalytic filters - New design, is it okay to use?

Hello, I have just received my Dyson HP09 formaldehyde purifier and I have noticed that the catalyst filters are totally different than what I have seen online and on the Dyson YouTube videos. Could someone please confirm if I have received the wrong filters or have Dyson changed them? Dyson Purifier Humidify & Cool Formaldehyde

Dyson Purifier Humidify & Cool Formaldehyde and the humidifier stopped working after a month of use. The water tank is full, it’s water level does not change even after running continuously for 24/7 on the 70% humidity setting. The humidity doesn’t exceed 53% while on the 70% humidity setting. The room size is tiny “10’2” X 13’. ”I ran a deep cleaning cycle with no change in the humidifiers status after the cleaning cycle. I purchased this Dyson Purifier Humidify & Cool Formaldehyde product primarily for the humidifier function. All I have now is a very expensive paper weight fan. PH02 Alerts flash by too quickly - What to do?

My PH02 is intermittently flashing the triangle with exclamation point alert. If I have the app open I get a pop up but it goes away before I can read it.   Is there a way to go review old alerts? Or to make them latch until I acknowledge them? I would really like to know what’s happening with this one so I can fix it.

TP09 - Filter looks NEW after a year of use

I’m approaching a year in March since I purchased my TP09, I leave it on auto 24/7, so I bought a replacement filter even though I did not get a warning yet that it needs to be changed, but I have pets, live in Florida and there’s always a lot of dust around since I’m close to construction areas, and my boyfriend’s allergies were acting up when he was at my place.  I went to remove the old filter and it looks BRAND NEW.  Not one speck of dust after a year of use, sparkling white as if I just unboxed it.  Is my TP09 just blowing air this whole time and not actually filtering anything?  Looks like I’ve had a defective unit all along which explains why I have not seen any improvements in air quality.  What can I do?  How can I test it?  I leave it in auto mode all the time.
