Squeaking wheels on the cleaner heads

Hi,The tiny wheels on the cleaner heads are squeaking very loudly. Has anybody experience with oiling them? Or something else that silences them? Thank youLena

I have the Dyson big and quiet for two weeks now and it’s giving off a bit of a smell Like smoke? Or could it be the charcoal?Could it be releasing cigarette smell from My neighbour?

Why can't I get support on my product warranty?

I have submitted requests via chat and email and not received a single response.  In fact, the community post that I submitted on this same topic, 2 weeks ago has been deleted.   I bought a V12 Slim in August of 2023 and the charging station no longer works.  Rather than get support from Dyson, I have not received ANY response via Chat, Email or the Community.  How and why is this possible?  I guess my next step is the Better Business Bureau.  It’s a shame.

Hair look damaged after using Airstrait

I have been using Airstrait for a few weeks and one thing that I don't like at all is that is makes my tips look too damaged. I do have some split ends but they are so much more visible after using Airstrait than my usual Cloud9/GHD hair straightener. I'm using heat protectant before every use. Also the hair starts to curl within a few hours and the look don't even stay for full day. I have watched so many videos and tried everything but the results are still same. I have naturally wavy hair. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm confused if I should keep it or return.

ITEM LOST IN THE MAIL AND REFUND PENDING FOR 1 MONTH

On November 24, I ordered an Airwrap with the discount for Black Friday, for a Christimas gift. After 1 month Im still watiing for the item or the refund of the money. Nobody could understand what is going on, the item was lost and UPS confirmed that they delivered the item in other place and gave me the confirmation and the address, however Dyson Co dont want to believe in that information and 1 month later Im still waiting for a response. 2 weeks ago I requested a cancelation and Ive been told for more than 2 weeks that I will receive it in 48 hrs, the same exactly excuse for 2 weeks, and never is true. Im still waiting at least for a cancelation and always received different excuses. Investigation finished from UPS, what is Dyson waiting? How could be possible that this happens with a company like Dyson, How could be possible that they pretend to have the customer waiting for a refund for an Item that was paid and never receive and confirmed by the shipping company? internittent power

Hi. I have a Dyson V15 detect absolute. Got an issue at the moment where every time I go to use it, it cuts out for a few seconds, usually 3 times and then it starts to work ok. Iv done all the usual, cleaned the filter, checked for blockages and recharged the batteries but it’s now spotless and I’m having the same issues. Any ideas? There are no messages or warnings on the display other than normal battery level.

Terrible customer service

Just wanted to come on here and share the lack of customer service that Dyson provides in which I’m sure many can relate to. You spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars just to receive back and forth answers, lies, and no resolution. I recently placed an order on 3/2 for the package to be MIA as of 3/8.. what do I do ? Call Dyson “Customer Service” what do I get ? People who don’t understand what I’m saying and lack of communication. I was told my device never left the warehouse ( it did, I had a tracking number) to then tell me that they will push for it to leave in which I had to explain SEVERAL times that wasn’t the case. After idk 10 calls and no answers and 16 days later I have yet to have my product and been told to wait another 10 + days to hear back about a claim from UPS. I have asked for managers over and over been told they would call me. NEVER HAVE. Was told that UPS is the problem not them so there is nothing they can do.. do your selves a favor and order from Amazon, or Be

power-head fixes

Is there anyone who has been able to create a fix for the outer beater bar bushings ?There's a spring on each side that's easy to lose & if there's any other bushing parts I've lost them & need to create something to stabilize the brush bar, if I can I can keep using what has been a great vacuum.

Never Order from Dyson.com; waste of time and money

I had placed an online order through Dyson’s website for Dyson’s AirWrap and AirStraight combo during Valentine’s Day Promo 2024. I only received AirStraight in the shipment and AirWrap is missing. It’s been over a month and Dyson still doest not have a resolution for my case. Every time I call Dyson they request me to give me them some more time to investigate. They don’t call back to provide updates on the case. It’s been a nightmare dealing with Dyson. Worst Customer service ever. I  am going to open a case with FTC and also at my states consumer protection division

40mm Airwrap™ long barrel

Hi, I've seen a set on another retailer website that includes the 40mm Airwrap™ long barrel in the Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler and Dryer Complete Long with Presentation Case Nickel and Copper. Same price as the Dyson website, should I go for that one as it includes more? Why wouldn't it be included on the Dyson website directly? Any insight would be great. Thanks. R

battery not getting fully charged

Hi my v10 has a new battery and on the charger the indicators flash both sides of battery but it never gets to 3 indicator. it has been on all night and all day.

v7 upholstery brush bar only spins with end cap off

My V7 Animal upholstery tool brush bar will only spin if I leave the end cap off.  If I put the end cap on and lock it into place, as soon as I switch on, it just pops open.  I looked online and saw a video where the grey cap came off of the purple piece that joins to the brush bar.  Mine won’t come off.  I’m not sure if it’s supposed to and that’s the problem.  Any thoughts?

v10 battery flashing blue/red

I have a v10 which is a few years old.It’s functioning well although the last few months the battery has been flashing blue/red whilst charging.I’ve obtained a brand new battery from Dyson after being told it’s a battery issue. This didn’t cure the problem.My v10 has been back to Dyson and they couldn’t find a fault!Battery is still flashing blue/red whilst charging.Anybody have any ideas what is causing this?

Gen1 TP10 High Pitch Whine

I have recently purchased a dyson TP10 and have had it only a month. I am noticing that there is a high pitch frequency whine that comes from the fan, it is almost an electronic whine. It is piercing and very disturbing. I have not yet found a cause for this. Is there anyone else who has noticed this happening? I cannot get this to go away.

Hello, I’ve just bought Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute which comes with a regular (non-HEPA) filter. Is the HEPA filter for the Dyson V12 Detect Slim compatible with my Dyson model? Repair collection disaster in UK

I have had 5 missed collections to repair my fan! Customer service have said they will repair the fan for free (after missing 3rd collection), but after missing the 5th collection and the supervisor telling me it’s been rebooked for 18 days later, it does not seem like they actually care. I was also hung up on by the supervisor and no callback.I have medical reasons for needing the fan and calling them up time after time is just adding to my stress levels.I can’t believe I bought so many of their products and even got friends and family to do the same. I explain my genuine medical need they treat me abhorrently - 5 missed collections and their solution is to keep rebooking. They say they will offer me a discount on a new machine, for the inconvenience but I cannot afford a new one hence the repair! I did say they could send me a replacement because then it’s more likely to get delivered but they said they couldn’t as it was out of warranty!Is the repair option just a guise to show they

Hi,I would like know if your software team has any plans to integrate the MyDyson app with 3rd party apps like SmartThings, Aqara or any other home automation apps.Right now, it seems that the app only partnered with Siri, Alexa, and Google Home, but it would be grateful if Dyson adds more partners.

Lost package - Dyson Germany - DHL

I went on the Dyson Germany website a week ago and made an order on the 10th with the information that I’ll get my delivery within 2/3 working days.On the 11th, I was happily surprised to see that DHL already had my package in hands. I even received an email that my delivery will come on the 13th and planned to stay at home for it. 2 years and a half ago, I had the bad experience that DHL delivered my Dyson to a neighboor without my approval - no name communicated and I was living in a 16 floors building.On the 13th, I get an email that the item got loaded into the vehicule! However, the DHL website remain unchanged since the 12th with the status “processing in the delivery base has been complited”.Now we are on the 14th, not delivery happened. I called Dyson and they don’t know what is going on, but also couldn’t support with DHL either. How come that we cannot know when an item comes to us at this price?I paid over 500 euros for this articles, how isn’t it possible to reach back to D

loud noise on v8 new dyson model

when attach the main head no matter what setting on carpet or hard floor it makes a loud rumbling sound ,now dyson have change this head already but I only got this hoover just before Christmas should it be doing ,also thinking of going into electrical shop and testing there's out as I've been wanting a dyson for years and so far not impress
