PH03A vs PH04

I know the PH03 does not purify Formaldehyde as the PH04 does but does the PH03A purify Formaldehyde? I’m asking this because I was told at a Dyson repair shop that the PH03A is just a PH04 without the WiFi board. Is that true? If so then the Formaldehyde processing should be there. Can anyone confirm this? —Rocco—

what shocking customer support :(

I’ve just spent well over £600 for a vacuum I am unable to use because I have a part which doesn’t fit anything and I can’t get any answers or proper communication from this company. This is my eighth dyson vacuum - I started with an 02 - I am so saddened by the deterioration of what used to be fantastic customer support. I have spent most of the afternoon following instructions from the customer service lady and the website and still no one has replied to my query. So.. I am forced into a situation I don’t want to be in and joined a community. I’m sure they’re very helpful for those people who like this means of contact but I hate it and I don’t want to be on social media especially so as we live in the sticks and have poor connectivity but I have no alternative but to try to get answers this way. As you may have guessed I’m VERY cross. I have purchased a V15 detect. There are so many fittings it’s really quite silly but I understand Dyson want to make money. However… the main part a

Invoice Problems - Dyson Turkey

Dear Sir,I bought my 3rd dyson product from Dyson Turkey operation. ( https://www.dyson.com.tr/) on 28.May 2023.I bought it for my company and gave my company informations for invoice. They didn't send my invoice. After 1 month later i asked my invoice and they send. My invoice was written wrong information. I contacted Turkey operation of Dyson they accepted their mistake but didn't solve my problem. Now they are not solving my problem. Is it my fault to trust Dyson company?I have no choice but to report this to you. I lost money because of the wrong invoice and amateurism does not suit Dyson company. The word Dyson used to mean quality to for us, but now disappointment.Best Regards

Help with dealing with customer service for broken hair air wrap

Hi I am very upset as I just got off with customer service and they were very unhelpful!!!!My air wrap is not working and it was given to me as a gift from my mother who has passed. They are unable to find the serial number, they claim. They said I need proof or purchase, which I do not have. What do I do, this was a gift and an expensive one, I have all the parts, the manual and it’s not turning on! This is awful. How can such a well known and well respected company not be willing to help???any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.jgoldbergus

Dyson Unable to Locate Order - Any Suggestions?

Placed order on 7/6/23 scheduled a delivery for 7/13/23. At this time the order still says placed. Upon requesting an update, a customer service rep told me my order number is invalid. Then I was told it was canceled. However, I have been charged and no one is able to help me. This has come off my available credit and customer service told me to just reorder. I cannot until the order is canceled. It’s still showing in a placed status. How does this happen and no one knows how to fix it? This is my first purchase and it has been a disaster.

Item lost in Shipping - Never buying Dyson ever again. Customer Service is no help

Last Sunday (July 9th) I purchased a Dyson V15 Absolute direct from the dyson.com website. I thought I was getting a pretty good deal despite spending so much on a vacuum cleaner. Anyway, I received my UPS tracking number that showed delivery on the 14th, but then it was moved to July 13th. This usually happens since I live in a large city and we get deliveries from the major hub areas relatively quickly. In fact, the shipment made it to Houston on the 12th fully ready to make it my way the next day. But that’s the last movement its seen. It missed the delivery day (Thursday), it missed the original delivery target (Friday), and it’s gone through the weekend with zero movement. So yesterday I call Dyson asking for assistance. They tell me they can’t contact the shipper (UPS), and that I would have to. Doesn’t make sense since when I called UPS they said that the shipper has this locked so no changes can be made. Whatever, at this point I would rather get a reorder started. S

Dyson Norway - Order still not arrived after 2 months. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a vacuum from Dyson’s Norwegian website on 28th November last year.We received a confirmation email from Dyson saying our order had been sent on the 30th November. This was clearly not true as we received two more emails 2 weeks later saying it was taking longer than expected to send our orders. Not good but OK, it’s Christmas. Delays can happen. We were told it would definitely be shipped in a week. A week went by and nothing. We did not receive any tracking number or anything useful.After eventually receiving a tracking number the package never seemed to move and did not have an estimated delivery date. Customer service is comprised of people who clearly have no power to do anything and that do not even check status or read previous chat logs. Using the WeChat contact (As there is no phone number to contact Dyson Norway), I was constantly told they will open an investigation. The first time they said it will take 3 days, fair enough. Poor Customer Experience

I have done a lot of business with Dyson over the years having purchased hair dryers, styling tools, air humidifier/purifier’s, and many, many vacuums. I have never returned a product, ever. I had purchased two vacuums to give as Christmas gifts along with two docking systems.The products were delayed, delayed, and delayed, even though I ordered them in November. Needless to say they did not arrive in time for the Christmas holiday. My delivery arrived sometime in January and Dyson sent the wrong docking systems. Unfortunately, my mother had to have emergency surgery in January..with that said I was not able to open the docking systems until most recently and it was then that I recognized that Dyson shipped me the incorrect products. I contacted Dyson to see if I could return the two docking systems as they were still in the box, and as I was not looking for my money back, but instead a credit to use back at Dyson..I could not believe how I was treated.It took five phone calls to Dyson

Dyson delivery - UPS - Terrible experience. Pease help!

I am just baffled by the level of utter inefficiency and incompetence at Dyson. Where to begin: My order number is (Removed sensitive information). I received my UPS tracking number(Removed sensitive information) that showed delivered on the 06/26/23, but I never received my machine, so I call Dyson asking for assistance on 06/28/23. That was my first call and after that I called several times (in total 10 times) for the update on the same issues, still the issue is pending. In every call some new representative come and never able to give me any specific answers or able to resolve my concerns. They were all trying to just dodging calls. After my second call I asked for their supervisor, but they never transferred my calls to supervisors. In my 5th called they told me to call the UPS so I called the UPS and they issued the claim for the same and they approved the claim on 07/10/23 and still Dyson failed to refund me my money. Does Dyson have a take back scheme for its cordless vacuum cleaners?

Hello,I have one of the earlier Dyson V cordless vacuum cleaner model that I would like to replace for a new model. I haven’t been able to see if Dyson would take my old device when I purchase the new one, either for a portion of the cost (however much it might be) or just for the handling of the disposal and stewardship of the recycling and repurposing of the materials which would be quite damaging to the environment should they were to end up in a landfill. This is a key criteria informing my decision either to invest again on Dyson or to buy a competitor’s who does have take back scheme at the end of the product’s life. Thanks in advance for any information on the issue.

Is WhatsApp hacked?

I anm into 4th week of trying to return an Airwrap. So far received a box large enough to live in with an exchange label attached instead of return- this was not collected. Then a driver brought a laptop box and requested I tip contents from original Airwrap packaging into it as box was too small for an Airwrap box.. Now expecting return collection end of this week, hoping 3rd time lucky.Today received a WhatsApp message requesting I send a message to continue conversation regarding return, my response resulted in a WhatsApp alert that ‘This business worked with other companies to manage this message’. Has the Dyson WhatsApp channel been hacked and do I need to take remedial action? If so, what action? If not, what other companies now have my details? (Moderation Edit - Tags Added)

I am looking to buy a Dyson V12 Detect Slim™ Absolute here in the US but concerned with the fact that I might move back to Brazil in a couple of months. I couldn't find a straight answer about whether or not the vacuum would work there.Brazil operates on a 127v supply voltage, so very similar to the US.Do you know if that would work?

dyson not working in the US

So I actually need some helpi have a Dyson that I have purchased in india and now I have completely shifted to the US. Unfortunately the Dyson isn’t working here and I know it’s due to the voltage issues. I spoke to the customer care and they instructed me to visit any nearby Dyson show room and that they would help me trade it. But they instead told me that they stopped doing the trade option since 2020. So I am just stuck with the most expensive product without even using it. so please you guys help me out with some or the other option.
