refund me my money

I returned something over 1 month ago and am waiting for my $457 to be reimbursed!!! I keep calling and nobody ever gets back to me!!! It’s called stealing when you keep someone’s money and they have received no item or service for it!! Please refund me! I have spent countless time calling and making requests! I am always told someone will get back to me in 24-72 hours and nobody ever does!!! Do I need to contact Better Business Bureau?! that is my next step!!!! I returned this 5/28 see below. We purchased a Dyson Airwrap multi-styler - ceramic pop in December. After few months of occasional use, I noticed stains appearing on the device. Please help!

My dyson Airwrap stopped working

My Dyson Airwrap suddenly stopped working while am doing my hair, it started making a cracking noise. It doesn’t turn anymore (no flow no heat). The Netherlands support suggested local electrical support, other countries support refused to answer my request. Any tips? Does anyone have a similar experience?

help from Dyson With fixing hairdryer

Has anyone been able to get help from Dyson on fixing one of their hair products like a hairdryer? I called on the phone and spoke to two representatives who offers me no options in getting it fixed. I spent $400 on it and used it about three times and it is no longer working. Thanks in advance!

I canceled my order before it left Dyson. They asked me to wait 14 business days. They have already passed and they have asked me twice to wait 48 hours. I don't receive any mail. It's not fair. Let them leave my money.

Returning in Norway

I purchased the Dyson Airstraight at dyson.no. The product did not live up to my expectations and I would like to return it. I have tried to fill out the return request form online, but when I click “send” nothing happens (have tried on two different PCs). The phone number and the Whatsapp number are deactivated. I’ve been on hold with the online chat service for over 30 minutes. There is no email address published on the website for me to send enquiries to. Does anyone know how can I go about returning the item?? I’m an avid online shopper and have never experienced such bad service. It’s quite shocking from an international company...

Issue with Dyson Airwrap purchased in the UK

I am experiencing an issue with my Dyson Airwrap which keeps cutting out whilst I am using it, which is obviously very frustrating as I then can’t finish styling my hair.  I haven’t had it long and it is still under warranty.  I don’t use it very often but it has been doing this from the beginning.  At first I thought it was a one off but I know now that it isn’t.  I clean the filter all the time so that is not the cause so I know that it must be faulty. Today I rang Dyson Customer Service and explained everything to them.  They told me that the Airwrap needs to be sent away for repair.  The first day that this could be done would be this coming Wednesday.  All okay so far.  However, they could not give me any indication, at all, of what time of day the pick up would be - it could be any time, which means I would have to stay in all day waiting for it.  Unfortunately I just can’t do that as all of my days are pretty busy so I am left with a faulty Airwrap under warranty that I can’t ma

HELP please - impossible customer service

My dyson supersonic hairdryer stopped working and I contacted Dyson who arranged for a repair at a cost of £100 which I paid via the online chat.  DPD courier collected my machine and I was update via email when it arrived at Dyson, Engineer fixed machine with a report advising that the filter was blocked and the machine was now fully working and on its way back to me.  Parcel arrived and unfortunately it was not my hairdryer but an airwrap that was in the package.  I called customer service and was advised that my hairdryer was “lost” and they would need to escalate to complaint and I would receive a call back within 24-72 hours.  Nobody ever contacted me within the timescale.  I called again and was advised they would sent me a replacement but it had to be from the “refurbished” range.  My specific colour of hairdryer is not available on refurbished website and I dont like the colours that are available so asked if I could pay the difference to have a new model as that is in stock in

Awful Delivery and Customer Sevice

I ordered the Dyson Supersonic hairdryer for it to arrive on Saturday the 15th. Three days after the original delivery date and I still dont even have an email to say it has been dispatched. After two online customer service chats and two phone calls I still have no updates on when the order will be sent I keep getting told it has been expedited but no date that it will be sent or delivered.Really disappointing service for such an expensive product.

Exchanged faulty airwrap - Different coloured attachments received

I have received an exchange for my faulty Airwrap. While I appreciate the prompt service, I am unhappy with the attachments that came with the new device. Unlike my previous model, which had Prussian blue attachments, the new attachments are different (grey coloured) and, in my opinion, look cheap.During my phone conversation with the representative, I was not informed that the new attachments would not be the same as my old ones. This discrepancy has left me quite disappointed.I noticed that the Prussian blue attachments can be purchased online separately. However it is unfair for me to purchase attachments i already had with my old model. Lost/Stolen Package

Hello,I recently purchased a Dyson Airwrap as a gift for my girlfriend, but the entire process has turned into a nightmare.The shipment company, PostNL, delivered the package to someone without my knowledge while I was at work and even forged my signature. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with PostNL, they directed me to Dyson. When I contacted Dyson customer service, they cited a statement from PostNL claiming, "The delivery person rang the bell downstairs in the flat, and the customer said to the delivery person: 'You can leave the package downstairs and I will pick it up myself.'” Dyson accepted this statement without question.I'm at a loss for what to do next. Should I go to the police and file a report for a stolen shipment and forgery?It feels like Dyson is not taking responsibility for their customer deliveries...Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

4 month old Supersonic Pro Stops Working Mid-dry/All Lights Flash

Hello. Can anyone help? This $500 hair dryer is 4 months old. It will randomly turn itself off and then all lights flash. Dyson is telling me they can’t refund me, which I think is wrong give them hairdryer is only 4 months old. Anyone else have this issue? The machine is new and regularly cleaned and stored in its case when not in use, and only I am using it with my husband occasionally using it, so it’s not as if it is getting over-used.  Anyone else in this boat? Pretty frustrating for something that was so expensive, and is basically brand new.

I'm debating whether to wait a bit more or to just buy the available one, but I really really wanted the ceramic pink. Faulty straighteners

I purchased the Dyson Corrale straightener and just before the warranty ran out they no longer held their charge, I contacted Dyson who sent me a new pair but with only the remaining 1month of the warranty. A year on and the same thing has happened again, they are no longer holding their charge. I can have them repaired for £100 but who is to say the same thing wont happen again.Looking at the community pages this is a reoccurring problem with the straighteners. I think it is disgusting that Dyson are still selling these knowing that there is obviously a fault with their batteries, at £400 a pair I would expect better workmanship. I definitely  would not buy Dyson again and something needs to be done about the fact that they are basically ripping people off

Why can't the battery in a Corrale be replaced?

The battery in my Corrale hair straightener is failing to hold its charge. I went to Dyson in John Lewis to buy the new AirStraightener (out of stock) and was told Dyson would repair my Corrale for £99. I went home and ordered the AirStraightener directly from Dyson, along with a new hair dryer and new Corrale straightener so they all match (why oh why, Dyson, can’t you keep a plain white option?). I called Dyson the next day to discuss a repair for my old Corrale and was told that the battery can’t be replaced, but they could discount a new model. Unfortunately, I had already paid for everything so a discount wasn't going to help. It seems really odd to me that such an expensive item cannot have a battery replaced (even iPhones can have new batteries). Why is this? If Dyson thinks it's okay to just throw these items away after a couple of years use, maybe the pricing needs to reflect this, instead of being over-the-top premium. P.S. The new Corrale stand is really flimsy.

Upselling, the Lost Dyson, broken promises and no way to complain...

My tale of woe seems a far too familiar story on here.  Poor customer service is now the standard Dyson seem to deliver.  What's worse, (and quite sad) is that someone at Dyson seems to have made it impossible to complain. My tale starts when my wifes trusty hair straighteners stopped holding a charge.  They are 4 years old, so I thought it was a fair ask of Dyson to ask £200 to repair them.  Once they arrived at Dyson HQ they discovered that they were unrepairable…..  And that the only solution was to buy a new set for another £100.  OK, so it is obvisuly upselling, but again I thought a new set for £300 seemed okish.  Dyson then posted a new set to my address in London.  However, they never arrived.  Parcel Force say we were not in, (we were) and so took them back to depot a few times.  After a few failed deliveries I asked Parcel Force to take them to our local Post Office, which is where the Tracking System says they are.  However, they are not there.  Bit odd, so last week I spoke
