I’ve had my Corrale hair straightener for a couple of years now and for some reason I am unable to keep it on. I cannot use it unless I have the cord plugged into it and even as I’m using it with the cord, it always dies on me leaving me with my hair half done. This is frustrating for such an expensive product. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips on your site and nothing works. Please help!
