Two and a half months ago I paid a total of $641 for my Dyson Airwrap™️ multi-styler. Recently the machine started to drop the brush when I was drying my hair, it's like the brush is no longer working. I contacted support and they told me that they can only exchange it for a new one and they can't give me a refund because the 30 days have passed, as if I were already returning it because I tried it and didn't like it. I don't understand if the machine is so expensive and it broke, why should they accept an exchange, forcing me to pay for a machine that can break again. I am very upset with Dyson for tu is.
