Welcome to fourth edition of our monthly community newsletter.In this edition, I’ll be talking through our growth, content, platform improvements and providing an update on what we’ve been working on behind the scenes. I’ll also be dropping more hints on what we have coming to the platform over the next few months and beyond. Enjoy! Let’s talk visitors and community growthMarch saw some very exciting stats, with us yet again exceeding our platform goals for visitor numbers, registration, and overall engagement. We welcomed just over 32,000 unique visitors. These headed to the community via the Dyson Link App and as direct traffic. This is an increase of 2000+ visitors from the previous month. 110 registered users joined us. This is an overall increase of 6%, which is just over our 5% forecast. This figure is based off our predicted visitor numbers and the number of active app users remaining in the registration pool from our initial launch phases. A very warm welcome to each of you.

Welcome to fifth edition of our monthly community newsletter.As before, I’ll be talking through our growth, content, platform improvements and providing an update on what we’ve been working on behind the scenes. Increasing our overall visitor count by 32% from that in March.We welcomed just over 41,000 unique visitors. These headed to the community via the Dyson Link App and as direct traffic. This is an increase of 9000+ from the previous month. 115 registered users joined us. This is an overall increase of 6.2%, which is over what we had forecast. Welcome to May’s edition of our community newsletter.As before, I’ll be talking through our growth, content, platform improvements and providing an update on what we’ve been working on behind the scenes. I’ll also be sharing some very exciting news about what is hitting the platform in June. Let’s talk visitors and community growthIn early March, we expanded the community to include the Robot Category, since then we’ve seen a distinct increase in traffic month-on-month. In fact, our visitor number grew in May by a whopping 85%. We welcomed just over 76,000 unique visitors. These headed to the community via the Dyson App and as direct traffic. This is an increase of 35,000+ from the previous month. Our registration pool grew by 142, an increase of 7%, which brings us just shy of 2100 members. Community News - We've expanded!COMMUNITY NEWS

In August 2022 we expanded the community to include our Cordless, Corded, Lighting and Hair Care categories. Creating bespoke discussion and support areas for each. This provided owners, visitors, and those with an interest in Dyson technology with further areas to find support for and to have open discussions with other Dyson enthusiasts about their machines. Since that time our English language platform has grown exponentially, expanding the support and instructional content available, optimising the website and mobile experiences, helping to guide more members and visitors to answer, to get assistance and engage with one another, right through to increase our members count.Today, I’m extremely excited to share that we’ve expanding even further and have released two new community instances available in Italian and Japanese languages. Dyson Global Air Quality StudyNews

2.5 million Dyson air purifiers have revealed what’s in the air we breathe – pollutants like PM2.5, VOCs, NO₂ and formaldehyde.When comparing indoor and outdoor air quality, we discovered that – in 85% of cases – air quality was worse indoors.This vital data is improving global awareness of air quality and helps us learn how to improve it. Since this expansion, we’ve seen yet another increase in traffic month-on-month. We welcomed just over 100,000 unique visitors. These headed to the community via the Dyson App and as direct traffic. As wildfires continue to devastate North America, resulting smoke from the fires has spread rapidly around the region. We take a look at the recently released articles our US Newsroom - Wildfire smoke: what is it and how to protect yourself.Within this article, Dyson breaks down the pollutants making up the smoke and provides recommendations during times of unhealthy air pollution. This includes: (1) What is wildfire smoke?Wildfire smoke can linger in the air for hours, days, or even weeks following a fire. Can I submit/share my ideas on future technology with Dyson?

Although we always love to hear feedback on our technology from Dyson owners, unfortunately we can’t accept product ideas and suggestions submitted from outside our organisation. This could lead to misunderstandings - we have to be very cautious, especially in terms of intellectual property. We have a 6,000-strong global engineering team, who are busy developing a pipeline of new Dyson technology stretching 25 years into the future. We can't reveal anything they might be working on until we're ready to launch, but the Dyson Community is a great place to stay up to date with our latest news!We do wish you the best of luck with your ideas!
