In August 2022 we expanded the community to include our Cordless, Corded, Lighting and Hair Care categories. Creating bespoke discussion and support areas for each. This provided owners, visitors, and those with an interest in Dyson technology with further areas to find support for and to have open discussions with other Dyson enthusiasts about their machines.
Since that time our English language platform has grown exponentially, expanding the support and instructional content available, optimising the website and mobile experiences, helping to guide more members and visitors to answer, to get assistance and engage with one another, right through to increase our members count.
Today, I’m extremely excited to share that we’ve expanding even further and have released two new community instances available in Italian and Japanese languages. The addition of these is an important step in the way we communicate, support, and untimely engage with each of these markets.
