What's the difference between the Dyson Pure Hot +Cool™ purifying fan heater HP00 & HP03 models?

Hello,I own a Dyson HP04 and am very happy with the unit. I’m looking to buy another and noticed there’s a HP00 and HP03 model on the market.I was hoping someone could tell me the main difference between the HP00, HP03, and HP04?Thanks,Chris. (Edited by moderator – Tag added)

Understanding which Dyson Air Treatment machine I ownTUTORIAL

Getting the correct support for your Dyson machine starts with understanding which product you own. Dyson now have three generations of Air Treatment products.  Air Treatment - Generation 1 All TP02, TP03, HP02, HP03, or DP01 products are members of our Generation 1 Air Treatment machines and have their power button at the bottom. These machine are controllable through the Dyson App.Air Treatment - Generation 1 ​​​​​​ Air Treatment - Generation 2 All TP04, TP07, TP08, TP09, DP04 HP04, HP07, HP09, and PH01 are members of our Generation 2 Air Treatment machines and have their power button located above an LCD screen. Dyson Reviewer Program - How do I apply?

I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas about how to increase my chances of being selected to join the Dyson Reviewer’s Program? Or any info on how that process works? I am a long time, die hard fan of the company as a whole and it’s products. I own LOTS of Dyson stuff so that is why I am so interested in joining. no air from tower fan

Both of my Dyson tower fans have the same problem. No air coming out of the tower. The motor is blowing air but doesn’t come out of the blade.  We have cleaned the blade and changed filter and cleaned the sensor. Some times one willl run fin for a few minutes and then stop.we have spent quite a bit of money on these two fans that are sitting idle at this time.  please helpcathy f

Why does my Dyson Cyclone V10 vacuum display a white flashing light?

Hi I've a Dyson Cyclone V10 for 2 years and have recently changed the filter.  However the white filter light keeps flashing and the vacuum only works for a short time before it stops.  Anyone know what I can do?(Moderation edit - title updated)

dyson not working in the US

So I actually need some helpi have a Dyson that I have purchased in india and now I have completely shifted to the US. Unfortunately the Dyson isn’t working here and I know it’s due to the voltage issues. I spoke to the customer care and they instructed me to visit any nearby Dyson show room and that they would help me trade it. But they instead told me that they stopped doing the trade option since 2020. So I am just stuck with the most expensive product without even using it. so please you guys help me out with some or the other option.

What happens to old Dyson batteries, are they recycled?

I recently replaced the battery for my Animal V6 at the new Dyson store in Dallas. I casually asked the employee how the old batteries were recycled. He said, "We just throw them away."Surely Dyson doesn't landfill all these used lithium ion batteries encased in plastic to landfills. They can and must close the loop on the batteries and the plastic used in their products.The employee seemed new. Was he not fully trained or does Dyson really throw away used batteries?

Continous monitoring is on, but not working

I just bought a Dyson Air Purifyer, it’s been running for an hour now.In the app, in settings (“Your machine’s settings”) the “Continuous monitoring” setting is ticked on (the little circle is on the right and has a dark violet colour).However, in the main dashboard, I see no graphs and I get the message “No data has been recorded. You can check the status of continuous monitoring in settings.”.How can I “record data”?(Edited by moderator – tags added)

Clicking noise during oscillating

When the purifier/fan is oscillating it makes a clicking sound. It's more noticeable at lower fan speeds since the machine is quieter then. I removed everything and didn't see anything inside that was obstructing the movements, so not sure what may be the issue. It did not make this noise when I first got it late last year.

PH03A vs PH04

I know the PH03 does not purify Formaldehyde as the PH04 does but does the PH03A purify Formaldehyde?  I’m asking this because I was told at a Dyson repair shop that the PH03A is just a PH04 without the WiFi board.  Is that true?  If so then the Formaldehyde processing should be there.  Can anyone confirm this? —Rocco—

Program Suggestion/Trade in

I would love it Dyson would come up with a new program in which us consumers could trade in our “old” vacuum for a discount on a newer model. I don’t need to have a ton of vacuums hanging around and each year you come up with some new and improved model that I just love and want but can’t afford.

Dyson V7 Motorhead Sometimes Not Charging Properly

My title pretty much explains the issue. I have a Dyson V7 Motor Head, recently it started not holding charge but only sometimes. Sometimes it charges to full capacity and I get 20 to 30mins cleaning out of it as I have always done so I know the battery is still good. However, sometimes it seems to charge (takes just as long with lights on in the charger) but then claims to have run out of charge after less than 1min of use (stops running and blue light flashing). This seems to happen almost every-other time I go to use it, there is no one else in the house so I know no one else is using it, any idea what could cause this?

When is the Dyson Airstrait coming to Australia?

Been waiting for the airstrait to come south for a long time! Keep emailing them and they are saying they have no release date which doesn’t sound convincing. One customer care person told me to put my address, phone number, email and date of birth in for updates which didn’t seem necessary… Hoping that we get some more updates for the Australia/New Zealand girls!! Only see them respond to UK/Europe girlies!! xx

Seeking Assistance in Identifying a Counterfeit Dyson Airwrap

I'm reaching out for assistance regarding a Dyson product I recently purchased on eBay. The seller advertised it as a new and genuine Dyson Airwrap, and the price seemed reasonable, almost similar to what it would cost at an official Dyson store. My purchase was primarily for use in Latin America, where the electrical standard is 220v, and the seller assured me that the product met this specification.However, upon receiving the Airwrap, it became apparent to me that it was not authentic. Having previously owned a Dyson Airwrap in North America, I could easily spot the discrepancies. To proceed with a refund from eBay, they require confirmation from a Dyson representative that the product is indeed counterfeit. I am prepared to provide detailed photos and a thorough explanation of my observations, but I need the official opinion of a Dyson expert to validate my claim.Unfortunately, I am unable to visit a physical Dyson store for verification as there are none in my country. How do I speak with the Dyson complaints team?

I have had several calls with Dyson phone line and literally 200+ Whatsapp messages. All trying to get my vacuum working. I have been told to buy and have bought: a new motor, new powerhead, new filter. It has been returned to Dyson and returned to me not working. I have continually asked to speak to complaints team. I have been promised call backs repeatedly but they have never happened. I have wasted so much effort and money since December. How do I speak to someone who can help: manager or complaints team.

Taking the airstrait in the cabin on the plane ?

Hi Thanks for adding me to the group.I received my airstrait today and my hair feels so soft. Can I take my airstrait in my hand luggage  or does it need to go in my booked in luggage ?My hair is in much better condition since getting my Dyson appliances and I am looking forward to learning more .

Lost/Missing Package - What should I do?

I recently ordered an item online and I received an email stating that it was delivered. I originally checked the secured mail room but I could not find it. I then walked around my apartment building to see if they left it outside, but still I could not find it. I spoke with management who stated they will keep an eye out for my package. My building is an apartment building with several other businesses below it. My apartment has a sign posted to notice all delivery drivers to place any packages in the "SECURED" mail room, as the front lobby is unsecured. My guess is that my package was either stolen orthe delivery driver dropped it off to the wrong location. I purchased this item as a gift for this weekend but looks like I won't be getting it on time. I then had to spend more money to buy another one in-store for a more secure purchase.I submitted a status check on the delivery but I did not receive any response yet. v10 battery flashing blue/red

I have a v10 which is a few years old.It’s functioning well although the last few months the battery has been flashing blue/red whilst charging.I’ve obtained a brand new battery from Dyson after being told it’s a battery issue. This didn’t cure the problem.My v10 has been back to Dyson and they couldn’t find a fault!Battery is still flashing blue/red whilst charging.Anybody have any ideas what is causing this?
