Your Dyson machine is designed to give you many years of excellent performance.

If your Dyson machine isn’t working properly, please first  visit our Troubleshooting page where we may be able to help you fix it, or where you can purchase replacement parts.

If the Troubleshooting steps have not resolved the problem with your Dyson machine, we can arrange for a repair. Subject to your geographical location and the service offered locally, your Dyson machine will either be picked up from your home address by a courier service or you’ll be invited into a service centre. Your machine will then be repaired and returned to you.

The repair includes labour and spare parts where required (excluding additional accessories and filters), which are guaranteed until the end of the machine guarantee, for 12 months, or until service support ends for your machine – whichever is soonest.

To book a repair, continue through the Troubleshooting journey until you reach an on-screen prompt. This prompt will either invite you to complete a repair form or contact a agent through another service.

Please note:

When the repair isn’t covered under the guarantee, there is a cost for this service. Some machines are not included in this service. Please check with the local Dyson team when booking.
