Dyson Price Promise - Refund still PENDING!

I bought a Dyson V15 around end of last year from Dyson website. Shortly after, the price of the vacuum was reduced by $50 on their website. I called Dyson for a price match and was told they would issue me a refund for $50. It’s been 3 months since then and I’ve not gotten any refund yet. I’ve called Dyson multiple times in last 3 months and every time I’ve been told that the refund is on its way but no refund shows up in my bank acct. What a terrible customer service by Dyson. If anyone here can help, I would greatly appreciate. Dyson customer service line is useless.

How can I get a status update for a Dyson Price Match request?

I purchased Dyson v15 and 4 hours later I saw price dropped 50 dollars more I submitted for price match two different time but nobody come back to me Really frustrated and gonna return the product(Moderation edit - title updated)

Dyson 360 Vis Nav - Intermittent issues

My Dyson 360 Vis Nav with the latest firmware (RB03PR.01.07.012.3299), is showing some intermittent but extremely annoying issues.  These are:It will not start scheduled clean (Wi-Fi connectivity issue?) Cannot find the dock (Sensors are regularly cleaned to no avail) - I sometimes find it with a flat battery outside zones it wasn't meant to clean that day - ran flat finding the dock.  The dock is located against one wall in the open area of the family room.  Plenty of space around it and plenty of artificial and natural lighting. It will clean outside the selected zone (Is this a mapping issue?  Do I need to do a remap?) MyDyson App won't connect to the machine (becoming more frequent).  Taking several attempts to close and start the app before connecting. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Again, these issues happen intermittently, with no changes to the environment (ie. Furnitures nor dock not moved, lighting unchanged etc).  But the days when none of these issues happen are getting much

Why can't I get support on my product warranty?

I have submitted requests via chat and email and not received a single response.  In fact, the community post that I submitted on this same topic, 2 weeks ago has been deleted.   I bought a V12 Slim in August of 2023 and the charging station no longer works.  Rather than get support from Dyson, I have not received ANY response via Chat, Email or the Community.  How and why is this possible?  I guess my next step is the Better Business Bureau.  It’s a shame.

Help with repairs

I have been trying to get my Dyson V8 repaired for about a month now with no success. Email keeps telling me to do videos which I do but offer no other help. The online chat will not respond. I spent over 2 hours as #1 in the Que but was never helped. I know I need to send it in for repairs but can not get anyone to assist. This screenshot was my attempt this morning. Unfortunately they don’t seem to care that my vacuum won’t suck.

HELP CURLS NEVER HOLD OR LAST LONGER THAN 2 MINS

I'm at my wits end! I'm so fed up of the curls falling 5 minutes after I've done them. I've used no products, I've used different hair mouses, curling creams. Hair mouse on its own. Hair mouse with curling creme. I've tried it with 10%-90% dry hair. Tried with damp. Used the cool shot. Made sure my roots are dry. Tried with wet roots too! And of course tried hairspray. I've used the round brush, and both of the barrel sizes. I've blown away from my face and towards my face. I've also used hair pins and pinned the curls up. I grab the hair from the end, get good tension. Despite all this the curls will fall out after 5 mins. Someties 30 if i do everything listed. I'm so done, please can someone help me! I'm beginning to hate my dyson and feel like I've wasted my money.  Help

don't love the supersonic diffuser :(

I am a hairstylist and I just recently started my curly hair journey. I love my Dyson supersonic both for myself and my clients... except the diffuser. my main issue is that it simply isn't deep enough! I have long hair and I can only fit the ends in the diffuser and then the mids fall out and dry weird. I have a loose curl pattern and I'm still in the process of training the curls, so they don't coil up easily. I REALLYYYYY wish Dyson had a bigger, deeper diffuser attachment for the supersonic. I love how gently and evenly it diffuses the airflow, I just don't love the design.the other problem I have with it is the metal plate gets so hot! even on low heat, I struggle when diffusing my roots because it gets so hot. I think it may in part be due to the shallowness of the diffuser, so the heating element is very close to my scalp. yet another reason why I wish they had a deeper version. not sure if that heat problem would be fixed with a deeper diffuser or if it's an issue with the desi

COMPLAINT - Will I ever get my Supersonic hair dryer? Is Ordering directly from Dyson Usually This Terrible?

We ordered the dyson supersonic origin hair dryer in black/nickel on 8/10/24 and on my order email it said shipping would be WITHIN 3-7 business days plus processing time. On 8/20/24 after thinking it had been an usually long time I reached out to customer service and they claimed to have escalated the situation to the point where they would give me tracking within 24-48 hours.  Today, since no tracking was provided, I reached out to customer service again and this time they told me that the hair dryer is out of stock and they are estimating “6-9 days” before it becomes back in stock but going off Dyson’s timeline I am guessing that really means 12-14 days before I have to reach out to them again asking why my hair dryer hasnt shipped. Is usually ordering directly from Dyson this bad? How did they let me make my order on the 10th without alerting me that it was out of stock or do they just oversell everything to the customers and not care that you might not get your product for another

Dyson Airstrait packaging

When I purchased my airwrap, it came in a beautiful and sturdy blue box. I have just received my Airstrait, but is just in a cardboard box.  I would like to keep my Airstrait in the same way as the airwrap, can I get similar box to the airwrap for it? The price isn't different,  so this feels like a cheap option.

Is there a low-reach adaptor for the Gen5detect

Hi, I know others have asked this question but I can’t see a response: is there a low reach adaptor tool for the Gen5Detect?  It would be massively useful for cleaning under beds etc.I have the low reach tool for our V8, but it doesn’t fit the Gen5.There are pictures of a low reach tool and the Gen5 on the site, bundled with other tools.What’s the part number?Thanks John

Why no spare parts?

Hi!I have been waiting for a spare part for a V11 for quite some time now. Have been in contact with support, but they can not shed any light on this. In the meanwhile I see more and more spare parts for this machine ‘not in stock’. When I last checked, over 50% of the spare parts for the V11 were out of stock.I bought this machine in 2022 and the guarantee ended january this year. Has this machine already reached the end of its lifecycle? Is Dyson in trouble? Why did they stop stocking spare parts for the V11 already?Hoping someone can give some information about this.Corwin

70% wool carpet for Dyson V10

I purchased a V10 Absolute but according to the manufacturer this hoover will invalidate the warranty. Is there a suitable attachment that could be used? The rollers are too harsh and take up a lot of wool

it’s 2024, can we please have iPad app in landscape mode as well?!

Now that Apple is making changes to the iPad line up to be more landscape orientation (iPad line up is going through front camera location change to be more landscape friendly), can we please get MyDyson app on iPad to also support landscape mode? I am given up on asking Matter or HomeKit support at this point. I will just take the landscape mode support for iPad app.  Thanks.

Lost Dyson hoover

Have sent my hoover in for repair on the 10th July, but unknown what is happening. Have rang several times and been told it's fixed and the courier hasn't collected it or issues with the courier. I am sorry but I use DPD regularly and never had issues with them collecting my items and delivery as they come and have spoken to them on the phone and got help. However when speaking to the Dyson customer service they keep saying it's been escalated but nothing. What is happening.

Cancel order put on august 3rd and has not been dispatched yet

Hi,I bought a spare part on August 3rd and I haven’t receive a dispatch confirmation email yet. I spoke last friday with chat service and the person there told me it would arrive in 48 hours, which it never did. I would like to ask to cancel the order, but this is not possible on the website, because, as it says:“As noted at checkout, once an order has been placed, it can't be cancelled nor can we change the items in the order. Dyson gladly accepts returns in accordance with the Dyson returns policy. You may either refuse delivery upon arrival, or submit a return request through the button below to receive a postage-paid return label.” Of course, if I haven’t received the item yet I can’t refuse it nor sent it back. I’m dubious it will ever arrive, so I want to cancel the order as soon as possible. The chat service hasn’t been useful at all, how can I cancel the order? Thanks

Hi. I have a Dyson V15 detect absolute. Got an issue at the moment where every time I go to use it, it cuts out for a few seconds, usually 3 times and then it starts to work ok. Iv done all the usual, cleaned the filter, checked for blockages and recharged the batteries but it’s now spotless and I’m having the same issues. Any ideas? There are no messages or warnings on the display other than normal battery level.

Never Order from Dyson.com; waste of time and money

I had placed an online order through Dyson’s website for Dyson’s AirWrap and AirStraight combo during Valentine’s Day Promo 2024. I only received AirStraight in the shipment and AirWrap is missing. It’s been over a month and Dyson still doest not have a resolution for my case. Every time I call Dyson they request me to give me them some more time to investigate. They don’t call back to provide updates on the case. It’s been a nightmare dealing with Dyson. Worst Customer service ever. I  am going to open a case with FTC and also at my states consumer protection division

Kitchen Appliances

Has there been any thought or talk about Dyson breaking into everyday Kitchen appliances? I love how they have created so many great cleaning products, hair and now even headphones. I wanted to see if maybe there is a thought about breaking into the kitchen area. Coming up with a better dishwasher, microwave or even storage items. Just a thought.
