my hairdryer suddenly stopped working
and like everyone says given the price you would not expect this to happen, as I also have a 10 year + old babyliss one which is still going strong
I have reported it and have a date of Tues 15th oct for collection.
Customer services stated you get a notification to confirm pick up I have never received e mails from Dyson following my registration of complaint I have contacted them twice both occasions they have said details correct upon checking and will send a test e mail not had nothing
do you receive a message from courier to confirm and are you meant to be sent packing labels?
this is very frustrating
