Corrale Straightener - Battery Failure

Had these for 2 ½ years and they will not charge at all now you would expect more from a high end product that cost $699 Very Very dissapointing

Relocating countries but Airwrap won't work and Customer Service won't help

Hi,I am moving from the US to India permanently. I was told before I bought the Airwrap that I would be able to exchange it with an Indian device when I moved to India. However, I spoke to US customer service today and they said that I have to take my device to India, and then see if the Indian customer service can help me, but the US team cannot. I’m now stuck with an extremely expensive device that I didn’t know would not work abroad, or cannot be swapped in the case of a permanent relocation. Selling it in the US means selling at a big discount, and re-buying in India, which is ridiculous. Is there any other solution to this problem?

Dyson Airwrap - I Can't get my fine, frizzy hair smooth - Help!

I have chin length very fine, frizzy hair and have a dyson air wrap. I can't get my hair as smooth as with a conventional hair dryer. The air wrap doesn't come with a smoothing nozzle or a gentle air attachment. Is it possible to get my type of hair smooth?

Corrale straightener won't hold a charge - No replacement offered after warranty expired - Buyer Beware

I purchased the Corrale straightener a little over 2 years ago. My warranty was up 6 months ago and now my straightener will not hold a charge for longer than 3-5 minutes. I am furious that an expensive item like this is not guaranteed to last longer than 2 years. I was instructed by Dyson to take it to the nearest service center (an hour away) so they can determine what is wrong and how much it will cost me to fix it. I love my Dyson products but not so much that after paying A LOT for this product I now have to drive several hours there and back to PAY to have it repaired. This is not the way you stand behind your products or keep satisfied customers. I will warn others and encourage them to buy less expensive brands because it appears the Dyson name is not worth it! So disappointed...

Corrale Straightener: Flying in Canada

Just a heads up, the Canada airport security would not permit me to bring this through. Apparently they are of the view that it exceeds the Canadian regulations for the size of the battery. It can not go in checked luggage, and they will not permit it in carry on. You should leave this at home if you are travelling in Canada.We were able to leave it at lost and found to get upon our return, but you might not get so lucky.

Relocating to Australia - Advice on using my Dyson Tech

Hi,I am moving to Australia from the US. I currently have the dyson airwrap and love it. I know the airwrap won’t work properly in Australia due to the voltage differences, but I wanted to see if I was possible to just purchase an australian base for the airwrap instead of repurchasing the entire package with all of the different attachments again. Issues returning Dyson airwrap

Hi, looking for some advice/help returning my Airwrap.my husband bought me the UK airwrap for Christmas while we were in the UK - but we were due to relocate shortly after to the US. Ahead of purchasing, he had contacted Dyson and been told the UK version would work in the US with a voltage adapter. This is the only reason he bought the UK version rather than waiting until we were in the US. we now know (several conversations with Dyson and a voltage adapter later) that the UK airwrap won’t work in the US. But leading up to this point we’ve both spoken to Dyson several times and been told the adapter will work. I even have a WhatsApp conversation with Dyson where I was recommended the adapter, even to the point I was asking for advice on which make of adapter was best for Dyson products. Given we were given the wrong information, I want to exchange my UK airwrap for the US version. But it’s been really difficult trying to resolve things with Dyson. Help - Airwrap overheating when using the 30mm barrel - Ideas?

Hi all, looking for advice please :)I’m currently having difficulty with the Dyson Whatsapp service, not sure if anyone else has had the same? It seems to be all automated, so I’m getting no resolution to my issue.I messaged them to log my issue that I have ONE specific 30mm barrel which is causing my Airwrap to overheat and cut out after a few minutes of use, the rest of my barrels and fine and cause no issues, just the one. I’ve been tying to order a replacement barrel but they’ve been out of stock for months. The Whatsapp service asked me to carry out the troubleshooting steps, confirm my serial number etc. which I did, as well as sending them a video of the Airwrap overheating, and photos of my air filter and cage cleaned with the brush provided in the set. They went ahead and booked a collection of my Dyson for repair, so I packaged it all up to be collected, and now they’re messaging me again asking for photos of the air filter, which I’ve already sent, and they’re asking me to c

Airwrap - HELP Red Flashing Light

I have had the Dyson airwrap for a year and around a month ago the red flashing light started to come on. I regularly clean the filter but the airwrap overheats and turns off, after the flashing light turns on. I have followed the steps for filter cleaning but nothing is working and I’m super frustrated :( (Edited by moderator – Tags added)

Dyson Corrale and Virgin Atlantic - Travel conditions

Just confirmed with Virgin Atlantic that you cannot take the Dyson corrale on their planes. They limit lithium batteries to 160watts and the corrale is 200. So disappointed as bought this for my holidays.

It is with sadness and disappointment that I feel I need to write to you.As an owner of several Dyson devices I am a advocate of your products and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. That opinion has been somewhat tarnished by my recent experience.I ordered a pair of straighteners direct from your website for my partner. I ordered them Friday 19th May giving sufficient time for them to arrive for her birthday on the 31st May. The website states free delivery and I was able to pick a specific date which was important as I needed to be at home to receive them. I chose delivery date of Thursday 25th May 12:00 – 18:00, still with the thought that would give sufficient time, I received Email confirmation of the order within an hour of placing the order.Thinking all is well I did not give it a thought until 18:00 on 25th May when I realized that it wasn’t going to arrive. Refurbished Dyson Styler. Why have I not been offered an exchange?

WANTED: Oval Attachment for the Airwrap, please!

Recently tried a friend’s Drybar Doubleshot and LOVE the oval shape and the bristles/spacing of the bristles. The shape of the oval brush would be easy to replicate, it seems, and gives a different shape and creates more volume at the root than Dyson's round brush attachment. In particular, also like how the bristles have rounded tips and are more spaced apart, as this creates less pulling - therefore, less hair loss/damage. Please make an attachment like this, as I think many people would purchase the Airwrap, takeaway other devices from our arsenal, and be a game-changer for those who already own the Airwrap. I think that the demand is there and the Airwrap is superior to the Drybar, Revlon, and other similar products with an oval-shaped brush head as far as the heating and airflow mechanism - but, the oval-shaped heads are what make those devices so great. Airwrap shuts off - terrible customer service

I have purchased numerous Dyson vacuums, the Supersonic, and then the Airwrap. Everything has been perfect except the Airwrap started shutting off randomly and having to be hard reset. I’ve checked the filter, ran it with the filter off, etc and nothing resolves the issue. I didn’t know that the unit had a 2 year warranty that expired in December of last year until I had contacted support back in February. They seemed to be friendly at the time, acting like they would possibly cover the unit’s fix, but couldn’t help because I didn’t have the unit with me to “troubleshoot”. I finally got a moment at home where I could grab the unit and sit down and go thru the paces and the chat rep ran thru basic troubleshooting and finally concluded that I need to drive an hour to have it looked at so that they can charge me to fix it even though it seems to be a widespread known issue. So I either buy a new one after 2 years or drive an hour to pay to have someone hopefully fix it so that it po

Dyson Supersonic hairdryer

Issues with the air filter cover breaking. I've received two different sets of advice. One from the call centre and one from an online chat service. The online chat appears to have generated a product dispatch, which it says it doesn't have any of, with no further explanation in the email ie will it be dispatched when or if it comes back into stock etc. As mine has a preformed UK plug (I'm in the UK), I don't see how this can be applied by me, unless the replacement filter cover has a different style to the original.During phone call a video link was created for her to see the issue and she said after going away for some time that it would have to be returned for it to be replaced...and I would hear from that department to arrange a collection etc. Ie I've not had any further contact since, except the above email (from the online chat) saying a replacement would be sent, but non are available. Help, which is correct and what should I expect. My one year guarantee will be ending shortl
