App update issue

After Nov App update I now can't access the app. I enter details and password and code. It briefly displays the Dyson purifier remote before going back to the beginning asking for a log in  no message about incorrect password! What's going on!!

filter replacement and reset on Pure Cool

Both Hepa and regular filter replaced and did the reset which shows one side has a green check but the other side is red with an X...Tried the reset again but no change. Don’t know how to fix...

Dyson V11 works well in this type of carpet?

Hi, I'm thinking about buying a Dyson V11 to clean this type of carpet (photo attached). The place is never very dirty, with the exception of the entrance, the rest are spots of small dirt. Would anyone recommend this equipment for this type of carpet? PS.: I have never use any Dyson.

Product Exchange

We bought a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute + (Gold) in Feb 23. This has now stopped working and we have been offered a replacement as the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute + (Gold) is not in stock. The exchange machine is as V15 DT TC. Can anyone tell me is the exchange machine is as good as the original and if the price of the exchange machine is comparable to the cost of the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute + (Gold)

HP09 - voice command to switch off heating and go back to standard auto mode?

Hi there, Having some problems trying to figure out voice commands on my HP09. I can easily tell Alexa to switch it to heating mode and set a temperature. But how the heck do you then get Alexa to go back to cooling/air purifier standard mode?  If I simply say “turn off heat” that shuts the whole machine down, so not really useful. If you then tell Alexa to turn it back on, it goes right back to heating mode.   Is it possible to do this via voice? Thanks :)

DC34 charging problem.

Hi, I have a DC34 that I’ve had from new. The machine runs perfectly. I went to charge it but when I connect to the charger there’s no green light. I bought a new battery and it worked as usual. I now need to charge it and still no green light. I then bought a new charger. Still no green light with  either battery. I’m now stumped. Can you help?

Machine Air Quality Report Unavailable BP03

I’ve had my BP03 running continuously for well over a month now with continuous monitoring turned on. However, when I check the air quality report it tells me the  report is unavailable. How long does this need to run to generate a report?  I called customer service and they had no clue what I was talking about.

Airwrap Complete diffuser restock

Hi!  I am an owner of what I believe is the first version of the Airwrap. When I saw that you have a diffuser attachment, I was so excited and wanted to get it but it’s all sold out. When can we expect a restock of some of the attachments??? I am also interested in the large round brush and the 1.2 long barrel.

Why dont Dyson live up to their mission statement? Heres why

CONSTANTLY ON THE PHONE  TO THEM NO SATISFACTORY OUTCOME. THEY MAKE IT AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT… DO THEY NOT COMPLY WITH THE LATEST CONSUMER DUTY REGULATIONS?!,   I am disgusted that Dyson  professes to have a mission statement “ solving the problems that others have ignored….” Is so incapable of solving issues with its customers.I am the owner of a Dyson Ball Animal with a fault and have now made three calls to the so called customer care team. the first failed to type in my email address correctly, resulting in an unnecessary second call to query the progress with the collection of the faulty appliance. I was categorically told a collection date would be today and that this would be confirmed by email. I took a day off work unpaid and, what a surprise, I called the customer care number and they had no record of the collection date.Clearly the last call handler lied to me and I have lost a days pay.i asked to be transferred to a supervisor but that seemed too diff

V10 The red seal has dropped out of the bin on my vacuum.

can this be put back in or will I have to buy a new bin,  The serial number is not on the metal plate on the battery so Im not sure how to ask for a replacement.  Any help would be aporeciated.  Thanks

Waiting almost 2 months for a refund. Terrible service dyson uk

I ordered two Dyson vacuum cleaners by accident as the website glitched. I then proceeded to return one and received the email that the return had been processed. That was on the 26th of September. Since then I have used every path available to contact customer service including Whastapp, live chat and phone call. Initially I was told to wait longer, now it has been past overdue and the last 3 times I contacted the Dyson team, they had said they raised my case. I keep receiving lies over and over and no refund yet. One time it was raised to the manager and the next to the operations team. Finally, last time I got told that I would receive a call to confirm the next day and then nothing happened. It has been a week now since that incident which is why I am writing this review as last resource. Terrible experience. Does anyone know what else I can do now?

Vis Nav keeps asking me to check for debris

Almost every time the vac runs, just before it docks it displays a ‘Check for debris’ message.  I check as shown in the instructions and never find anything.  Any suggestions gratefully received!

storing hairdyer in bathroom

Hey y’all! Just want to see if I can get some feedback on how you store your hairdryer when you’re at home!! I bought a rack for the wall and the cord is so stinking long it’s almost pointless to do anything with it! Same with the on the counter version!! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. HP04 heater is blowing cool air.

I purchased an HP04 renewed about 3 weeks ago. This evening I turned on the heater but the room didn’t warm up. I checked the info panel and saw that it was 66 degrees and it was set at 74. The fan was on 4. I turned up the fan to 9 and after 10 minutes the room temperature was still 66 degrees. 20 minutes later it is 67 degrees. There are no error codes that I noticed. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in, no change. Any suggestions?

V11 leaving dust piles behind when i pull

Good morning, I’ve not had this vacuum too long and it started to leave little piles of dust behind when I pull the stick back towards me. It’s most noticeable in our carpets. I’ve checked for blockages and cleaned it thoroughly. It’s still picking of the majority as the bin still fills up.anyone got any suggestions or tips!  thankselaine

I still have a valid warranty on my vacuum(Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute vacuum) cleaner. I guess something happened to the battery because the vacuum cleaner only lasts 7 minutes on the lowest program and the vacuum cleaner works even slower on other programs.

Purifier Hot +Cool turns off

Hi,  we have 2 Hot+Cool machines. One we've had for a couple years and it works great. We got a second one last month and it keeps turning itself off randomly at night. I don't mean that it stops heating- it completely powers off and I have to unplug it then plug it back in to get it to turn on. I have it set to heat to 72 degrees with the fan on the 2 setting. It's in night mode so that the light is as dim as possible. I don't use the scheduling or timer.  There's no issue with the outlet or power in our home. What else can I try? I use these to keep my kids' rooms warm at night, we don't have a central heating system so these are crucial. My solution right now is to wake up in the middle of the night to check to make sure it's still on. That's not sustainable!

V7 pulsing when long tool is used

My V7 pulses, ie goes on and off, when I use the long attachment but is fine with the hand tool. Ive replaced the filters and can’t find any blockages. It may be the battery but I’m reluctant to spend more money when it might not help, as the vacuum is only two years old.I waited for ages in the queue and spoke to a guy who wasn’t helpful or interested. The machine is only a couple of months out of warranty and I expect more from such a premium brand. Any advice before I switch to a more reliable brand?

Dyson Purifier HP09 Formaldehyde catalytic filters

Hi,So I just bought my third HP09 Formaldehyde and this one has the old catalytic filters the metal ones you see on Dyson website and packaging.  My two older machines has the newer filter that is more of a stepped material. should I be worried I may have a really old machine with older technology?  I know Dyson state the machines are now sealed to H13 inside as well as the filters.  Would the older machines be sealed to H13? Thank you
