button on airwrap had fallen off 1 month after use

I have only had my Dyson airwrap for a month and the button cover to turn it on has just dropped off!

Has anyone successfully received an email address  To make a complaint? I do not want a telephone number as I just go round in circles given the same information and assurances over and over again. Even when I asked for an email address, it was not the correct one, and bounced. I have asked to speak to a manager and I have been assured on several occasions that they will call me, and never have. I only want an email address to put my complaint in writing. This has gone on for long enough. I sent my hoover to them for repair at the end of January. I am still waiting. All the chasing has been by me and no one I speak to has any records of conversations. I am beyond frustrated.

Dyson Lawn Mower

There isn’t one, but wouldn’t that be amazing!  I have a electric lawn mower that doesn’t have enough suction power to push the grass into the bag.  It constantly clogs at the opening.  I was thinking, with the proper suction, I would only have to mess with the bag when it was actually full.

Escalation issue - customer service problems

Has anyone had any success with customer service from Dyson?I’ve been waiting for my Dyson coral to be replaced since I ordered an exchange a month ago! They collected my old machine within a week but after countless phone calls I cannot seem to get any answer where my new machine is? They said they have escalated the issue 7 days ago but I haven’t received any communication from them.  Any advice where I can go from here? Daily phone calls get me nowhere ☹️

Took my 7 month oldV8 Dyson hoover back to curry’s where I purchased it from last Aug it was not working intermittent starting and stopping does not work at all with the wand attached filters are clean and nothing blocked was put through to someone on the phone and was told it needs a new motor ! But have none in stock we will email you within 2 weeks to let you know when it will be sent to me now 4 weeks later and not a word think it’s discusting that you pay hundreds pounds to get a supposedly good make hoover to have issues within 7 months and have to be without a hoover for weeks and not get any feedback at all this is discusting service  what your advice please

Airwrap Diffuser - Where are they !

Hi I’ve been trying to get the Airwrap diffuser since OCt 2023 with zero luck. I’m on the Dyson page to be notified and had messages and went straight on but they were already gone! I’ve even put my name on the American dyson website so family can receive and send it to me! I’ve naturally curly hai (3) and really need a diffuser and won’t get a copy from Amazon etc… I got the Airwrap as I was informed that the Diffuser would be available soon :-( love the product it’s pricy but not being able to get the attachment is poor !

V12 detect battery

Hello everyone!  I love my V12 Detect slim vacuum but not being able to buy a battery is getting a bit ridiculous. I signed up for them to notify me a year or more ago when the vaccum first came out. I also used my mother's email address and my girlfriends thinking it would increase my odds of getting one. We still have yet to receive an email saying stock was available. I also contacted Dyson by phone and chat, but still no luck. I would recommend this vacuum to everyone if it wasn't for the battery issue. The vacuum cleans so incredibly well!  Does anyone know of a last shot chance of getting a battery?  I've literally tried everything.

when can I get a refund for the item which I returned in July 2023?

It’s been almost 9 months since I returned a soft roller cleaner head. Whenever I contacted the customer service via chat, WhatsApp, they said it would be refunded between 24-48 hours. HOWEVER, it’s 25 April of today . Is it reasonable to arrange a refund for 9 months. I literally wanted to know How can I be refunded?   They always asked me about the tracking number, case ID, and the receipt, and I sent all of them upon request. Is it possible to get my money back? My case ID is ID 38022693.

Dyson Airwrap

I got airwrap as a birthday gift few years ago, and hardly use it to blow dry or straighten my hair because the handle is too heavy nad pain my fingers due to arthritis. what are my options of replacing or returning?

Trade in....do you just send back the basic machine? I can hold on to the tools that came with it?

I’ve been sent a trade in offer and nobody I know wants my V10 as I want to keep all the attachments if I upgrade. What exactly do Dyson expect back if you trade in? Thanks

Replacement cleaner head for your Dyson vacuum cleaner. I have received several Emails from Dyson over the past few months to inform me that the above part is now in stock and available to order. I immediately try to order the part on receipt of the message from Dyson, whereon I am informed by the Dyson algorithm that the part is actually out of stock. Has anyone got any ideas on how to resolve this? Regards Paul

Dyson refusing to support Australian Airwrap

Hey I bought a Dyson Airwrap in Australia whilst travelling and then moved to the United States where I plugged the device into the wall outlet and it stopped working. I took it to a service centre in Georgia and the service person literally said to throw it away and buy a new one because they can’t touch it, even though we asked if we can pay for them to take a look at it. Their reason is that Dyson does not support international warranties. This is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing from a company that we thought made high quality products. Can someone either suggest what best to do or a good alternative from a more supportive manufacturer?

v12 slim detect cyclone mesh clogging

Customer service have just told me this is perfectly normal nothing wrong with my machine despite telling the agent I’ve followed the trouble shooting and maintenance advice on the app and problem is still persisting! So apparently the new way to clean your v12 bin is by physically using your hands to pull down the hair and dust wrapped around the mesh??? Can anyone help? How did you resolve this and what am I doing wrong? Deep clean has been conducted as per customer service advice but problem still remains. Problem started gradually with small amounts of hair and dust gathering at the top and now this is how it collects regularly.

Dyson V8 stopped working. Charger or Battery?

Dyson suddenly stopped working after only a short period of time.Replaced in charger, did not recharge, no flashing lights whilst attempting to charge.When removed from charger and trigger held on, one red LED flashes four times followed by one blue.I have been informed this means the charger is not working but before buying a replacement I am looking for reassurance this is correct.

How can you claim that you make returns easy?

I have been waiting over 4 months now for my money. Dyson received the device a few months back, per the postal tracking alert and their own email stating as much.But where is my money??? Not in my bank account.Like, I'm gonna needs some interest on it at this point. This is ridiculous. Has anyone ever actually received a refund for Dyson? Like does that happen, cause based on what I'm seeing on Reddit and other forums, this seems to be more common than not. If an employee reads this, can you get me some information? Every time I call in it takes over an hour to basically get told that they cant help me.

Absolutely shocking service regarding Airwrap

I bought my Airwrap in Nov 2021. A year later, it stopped working, rang up and I'd to get it repaired, thankfully it was under warranty.It was returned & I presumed the warranty would start from when it was repaired. How wrong was I.Less than 15 months later it developed the same fault. Annoyed at it breaking again, I rang customer services. Basically told its out of warranty, nothing we can do unless you want to pay £99 to have it repaired or 20% off a new one. I've forked out £450 for it to last 3 years and 4 mths,and develop the same fault that was allegedly fixed!!!I've had cheaper hairdryers last longer than the airwrap.I always thought Dyson was a good name in the world of electronics & debated for months about buying an airwrap as its an expensive item & expected paying £450 would mean it was of superior quality & endurance, how wrong was I!!.Absolute waste of money, the customer service is shocking. The reviews in the last 12 month confirm this.I expected it to

DC 17 Flicker Strip - won't stay on - is it safe to use with out it?

Hello!  I have had my DC 17 for more than 18 years and I am just now having issues with it.  I took apart and cleaned the hair and what not off of the roller bar, and cleaned the gunk off of the bottom plate, but the Flicker Strip came off and will not stay on.  I just want to make sure it is safe to use with out the flicker strip because apparently it is not being made anymore and there is no replacement part for it anywhere.

Worse Customer Serviced.

I will start by saying that the people I have spoken to have been polite.  However the time spend reviewing the account is about 30 minutes and no feedback was not helpful.  After 2 weeks of regular calls that lasted over 45 mins I after UPS confirmed that the package was stolen I still didn’t get a refund for the order.I will never order anything directly from Dyson and I will look for any website I can provide this feedback to prevent other from getting the same treatment I received.   Furthermore, I requested a call from a supervisor and never received a call back.

I keep getting Emails from Dyson telling me that a product is now in stock, but when I try to order it, it is out of stock. The helpdesk cannot explain why this is happening. I have had two more Emails today from Dyson on this.

EU Airwrap in the US - solution needed!

Hi there,can @dyson please provide a customer centric solution to safely use a EU Dyson in countries with different Voltage/Wattage/Power Outlets! (‚& US, UK etc. in EU, Asia, etc.)Looking at the amount of threads about this topic I believe it’s a opportunity for Dyson to truly delight customers!I‘m utterly disappointed that there’s no official converter/ adapter recommended that makes our precious Airwrap work when travelling, working abroad. In some countries you have +30 days of holiday & remote work is here to stay - it’s a Zeitgeist Lifestyle topic you seriously should take into consideration!How about partnering up with converter/adapter manufacturer and create an add-on product (as beautiful and practical like the Airwrap) and offering this to your customers? OR for sustainability reasons offer a rental service in your stores?Having said that, can any success stories about using your EU Airwrap in the US be shared with name and model or link to the exact adapter / conver

360 Vis Nav Problems

Hi Dyson Community,I purchased a 360 Vis Nav to replace my 360 Heurist robot as it was continuously scraping against walls and just not getting back to the charger base (Separate story).Setup the new 360 vis nav in the same place as the old - within the parameters of the requirements - on my landing. Started the mapping an it started - needed me to hit resume a few times when it bumped into the skirting but all good. Then I started a clean and it drove me crazy - it would get to a certain point in the landing bump twice then say its been lifted, when into rooms and got lost needing me to take it back to the charger - this was worse then the old one.I check the floor and thought it was the design of the banister so I even put card board along the edge to give a solid edge and still the same problem.Tried to remap and it just would do the mapping correctly.So contacted Dyson support and they replaced the unit. Setup the new replacement unit and it won't map  - gets to the same place in t

Dyson Repair Shipped Lost/Stolen - Ideas?

I contacted dyson support for airflow issues and they told me to ship my dyson for repair. This whole situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. Dyson Service Center stated that they never received my package, rather that they received a box of clothing instead? I don’t know how that’s possible. They said they would return the package of said clothing, which they never did. It has been a month later and I never received my dyson back or even the clothes that they claimed they received, I have been contacting dyson support as well as the dyson service center every few days and there has been no resolution. Just back and forth with them.im getting desperate at this point. I just want my dyson back. UPS can’t do anything since the package I shipped arrived at the service center, they also can’t do anything about the “clothes” dyson received because dyson never dropped that package to UPS either. I am really considering never buying a dyson again. $600 lost. I am so upset.
