Cleaner head

Part no. 966441-02. Replacement cleaner head for your Dyson vacuum cleaner. 

I have received several Emails from Dyson over the past few months to inform me that the above part is now in stock and available to order. 

I immediately try to order the part on receipt of the message from Dyson, whereon I am informed by the Dyson algorithm that the part is actually out of stock. 

Has anyone got any ideas on how to resolve this?
