It’s been almost 9 months since I returned a soft roller cleaner head.
Whenever I contacted the customer service via chat, WhatsApp, they said it would be refunded between 24-48 hours. HOWEVER, it’s 25 April of today .
Is it reasonable to arrange a refund for 9 months. I literally wanted to know How can I be refunded? They always asked me about the tracking number, case ID, and the receipt, and I sent all of them upon request. Is it possible to get my money back? My case ID is ID 38022693.
