Lost package - Dyson Germany - DHL

I went on the Dyson Germany website a week ago and made an order on the 10th with the information that I’ll get my delivery within 2/3 working days.On the 11th, I was happily surprised to see that DHL already had my package in hands. I even received an email that my delivery will come on the 13th and planned to stay at home for it. 2 years and a half ago, I had the bad experience that DHL delivered my Dyson to a neighboor without my approval - no name communicated and I was living in a 16 floors building.On the 13th, I get an email that the item got loaded into the vehicule! However, the DHL website remain unchanged since the 12th with the status “processing in the delivery base has been complited”.Now we are on the 14th, not delivery happened. I called Dyson and they don’t know what is going on, but also couldn’t support with DHL either. How come that we cannot know when an item comes to us at this price?I paid over 500 euros for this articles, how isn’t it possible to reach back to D

loud noise on v8 new dyson model

when attach the main head no matter what setting on carpet or hard floor it makes a loud rumbling sound ,now dyson have change this head already but I only got this hoover just before Christmas should it be doing ,also thinking of going into electrical shop and testing there's out as I've been wanting a dyson for years and so far not impress

Moving to Europe - need 220V Air Wrap Wand Only

I am moving to Europe this summer from the United States.  I need a 220V Wand (ONLY) for use in Europe.  I do not want to purchase an entirely new product.  Does anyone have one they want to sell?  I will still return to the US, so I do not want to trade. V12 detect constantly blocked

My V12 slim is constantly telling me it’s blocked when it’s not, after about 3 minutes of use!I can’t hoover the house with it, it’s completely rubbish and not fit for purpose but after paying so much money for it I can’t really go and buy a different one. I’ve had Dyson before and love them but this one has me in a heap on the floor 😭.

What is the Dyson policy for newly purchased faulty Airwrap ?

Hello,I recently purchased a brand new Dyson airwrap Hs05 in Cyprus. After using it twice it stopped working and the red light started flashing. Although still clean, I cleaned the filter as recommended. The issue continued with the white light now flashing and the red one flashing. The product was taken to the local Dyson service to check it.Unfortunately the local Dyson distributor does not accept to exchange the faulty product with a new one, but has just offered to replace the main body with another one of different colors!How can I be sure that this is not refurbished since I recently paid for a brand new set?is this some that Dyson advises for a brand new product used only twice?!?!

Repair collection disaster in UK

I have had 5 missed collections to repair my fan! Customer service have said they will repair the fan for free (after missing 3rd collection), but after missing the 5th collection and the supervisor telling me it’s been rebooked for 18 days later, it does not seem like they actually care. I was also hung up on by the supervisor and no callback.I have medical reasons for needing the fan and calling them up time after time is just adding to my stress levels.I can’t believe I bought so many of their products and even got friends and family to do the same. I explain my genuine medical need they treat me abhorrently - 5 missed collections and their solution is to keep rebooking. They say they will offer me a discount on a new machine, for the inconvenience but I cannot afford a new one hence the repair! I did say they could send me a replacement because then it’s more likely to get delivered but they said they couldn’t as it was out of warranty!Is the repair option just a guise to show they

cordless vacuum

Cleaned my vacuum and the wheels are moving freely but the steering is off as it keeps going to the right. It is not going left to right freely, any suggestions, thanks Brian

My daughter has a DC40 cleaner which has problems where the power switches off after a short time and takes a long while to work again. It has been cleaned.

V10 power level switch

Hi all, I could do with some help.I have just repaired a broken trigger switch on my V10, I carefully took the cleaner apart, repaired the switch then carefully put it back together again. But after I had re-assembled it, the machine/trigger repair worked great but for the power setting. no matter where the switch was MAX, MID or LOW, it was functioning on MAX all the time and I am unsure why?I took it apart again, to look if the switch was not locating inside or something, but it looks like a sensor rather than a physical switch!?Can anyone help and tell me why the power is stuck on MAX?...and more importantly, how I fix it?...is it some sort of reset? Your help would be gratefully received.

Dyson Airwrap styler

So so disappointed and upset over the response from Dyson. My air wrap wand started shutting off so I did all the trouble shooting (cleaning the filter, cage and everything). Spoke to a customer care rep threee weeks ago and she made me troubleshoot for 40 mins which I patiently did. I was told someone will call me back in 24-48 hours to let me know how would I send my machine to the repai center (the closest to me is 1.5 hours away).Anyways waited for two and a half weeks, no call and then I called back… after speaking to two reps and telling them I was ready to pay for the repair, I was told that for the air wrap you can only do a walk in at a repair store!!!it’s ridiculous that once your warranty is over, you can’t do anything but air on a 500.00$ machine which has been gently used for my 10 year old daughter twice a week. I never thought once to buy this thinking it was Dyson… it’s just ridiculous how they give up on once you have bought the machine and out of warranty.

Invoice required

How can you obtain an invoice for a past order?  I do see the order history in the My Account section, but there does not appear to be a way to generate the invoice online from this order.  I need an invoice in order to clear Customs with the Dyson hardware.

Dyson v12 cuts out after charging

I’ve been given a replacement Dyson v12 body because my power carried on cutting out, and i have also been sent replacement batteries, but it has started doing it again, all I get told now is that they will send me a new Dyson body but these are out of stock, so how am i meant to clean my house, not all of us can afford two vacuums

US Dyson Airwrap

Hi, I ordered a Dyson Airwrap to be sent to a friend of a friend in the States and my friend brought it back to me in Jordan. I didn’t realise it wouldn’t work here. Weirdly it will work in other countries in the Middle East. An engineer said it’s not to do with voltage so using a transformer won’t make a difference, something to do so the the earth wire. I messaged back and forth with Dyson about returning it and having a refund so I can buy one in the Middle East where it will work in Jordan but they won’t accept a return or give a refund. So now I have this expensive gift for my daughter which doesn’t work. Is there anyway I can fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

My dyson 360 heurist won't move from the charging dock..

Yesterday, I finally purchased the Dyson 360 Heurist. Last night, I charged the vacuum, and this morning, I connected the machine to the app and tried to operate it. However, when I press the start button in the app, the machine moves only a few centimeters away from the charging dock and then stops working. The battery compartment shows that all three bars are charged in blue. Has anyone had the same issue and solved the problem?

Big and Quiet BPO4 Out of Stock

I am looking to buy a Dyson big + quiet BPO4 but cannot seem to find it anywhere. It is out of stock on the Dyson website and I can’t find it anywhere else online. Many places have the BPO3 but I would really like the extra added features with the BPO4. does anyone know where I can find it or when it will be back in stock on Dyson’s website? Thanks.

Ball Multi Floor 2 Replacement Post Filter

The replacement post filter for Ball Multi Floor 2 vacuum shows out of stock. The part number is 922676-02. Part number 922676-01 appears to be the same thing and shows being available. Is there a difference or can I use “-01” in place of “-02”?

5th machine same humidifer issues

My machine is now out of warranty and I have the same issue I had with my previous 4 machines the humidifier function stops working. No water comes out on the second level and it has no humidifier function at all. How can Dyson keep replacing the machine knowing this is a pervasive issue with the purifier/ humidifiers. Total waste of money they should continue to replace even outside of the warranty window if they can’t develop a product that does what it’s supposed to do for the price they charge my machines have never lasted more then 8 months. Spend $25 on a target/walmart humidifier it will last longer and be more reliable. Dyson’s quality of products and functionality is not fit for the technology they claim to have.

Has anyone else had nothing but problems with refurbished products?

I just bought a Dyson refurbished v11 and Pure Cool DP04. The air purifier showed up not working at all. Wouldn’t even turn on. I called and set up a return. They said the product was in stock and they would send me another as soon as they received it. I mailed it the same day. Haven’t gotten a response about that since. (The package was delivered last week back to the factory). Then, 4 days ago, my vacuum canister broke. The inner ring of it was chipped and apparently wasn’t replaced when it was “refurbished”. I called about that and they told me that they would replace it but the canister is sold out and they do not know when it will be back in.  They said I could mail the vacuum back and then when they receive it, they will mail me another one. Which can take up to 3 weeks, which is ridiculous. The fact that they cant send me a replacement before sending it makes no sense. This brings me back to the air purifier. While I was trying to figure out what to do about the vacuum (which is

V7 Post filter

I've had the V7 for several years and only needed to change the battery. I ordered and received new filters including a post filter. I now realize looking at the photos that my particular model doesn't have a post filter. Does anyone know if I can retro fit a post filter. It would seem like a logical upgrade.I am an engineer of sorts but without taking the vacuum apart if like to know first.Thanks.

Dyson Supersonic bought as a gift in Japan does not work with Canadian voltage (despite being told by salesperson that it would). What can I do?

Title says it all. Was in Japan and wanted to buy a Supersonic Hairdryer for my wife as a gift. I asked the sales people (multiple) if the dryer would work with Canadian voltage, and both of them categorically said ‘Yes’ (they even pulled up a chart). We got home and found out it does not in fact work. Called Dyson Canada and they told me there’s nothing they can do, and to call Dyson Japan. The phone number provided on the website for Dyson Japan is not in service, and the email provided is not monitored.  In summary, I explicitly asked if the hairdryer would work as a precondition to my decision to purchase. Was told ‘Yes’ by multiple Dyson representatives.  It turned out to be a lie, and Dyson is washing their hands of it.  So my wife is left with a $500 paperweight as a Christmas gift.  If this is how Dyson stands by their products and treats their paying customers, I imagine they’ll understand when I never buy anything from them ever again.

Where's my refund?

I join the many hundreds who have not been able to get Dyson to give them their refund. They received my vacuum cleaner (in excellent condition – I never opened the box). They acknowledged receipt of the vacuum cleaner and promised a refund IN DECEMEBER. I continue to call and get nothing but “my system is down at the moment, I’ll call you back” or “so sorry, your refund is in process we’ve had problems with our system.” It’s RIDICULOUS. Terrible customer support.

Switch barrels on an air wrap?

Hi there,I bought my wife an Air Wrap for her birthday. Being fairly uneducated on these products, I bought the ‘long barrel’ version from John Lewis which she didn’t actually need. 30 days have passed since my purchase and John Lewis won’t exchange or return. I saw that there are replacement attachments you can buy, so is it as simple as buying the shorter barrel attachments and replacing them?Any help is greatly appreciated!!
