Hi, I ordered a Dyson Airwrap to be sent to a friend of a friend in the States and my friend brought it back to me in Jordan. I didn’t realise it wouldn’t work here. Weirdly it will work in other countries in the Middle East. An engineer said it’s not to do with voltage so using a transformer won’t make a difference, something to do so the the earth wire. I messaged back and forth with Dyson about returning it and having a refund so I can buy one in the Middle East where it will work in Jordan but they won’t accept a return or give a refund. So now I have this expensive gift for my daughter which doesn’t work. Is there anyway I can fix this issue? Thanks in advance.
