V15 LCD screen not working

Hello all, I just got my new Dyson this week and this evening I started hoovering with it. The screen display was normal for the first five minutes then it just turned grey and white. It didn’t get wet, I didn’t drop it or damage it. Is there an easy fix for this? I have photos if support want to see it. Thank you

Bank Charge showing as 'recurring' - Any ideas?

I just purchased the v8 absolute yesterday and I saw the charge on my card come through as “Dyson recurring.” Has anyone else had this? I did not intend to sign up for any monthly subscription and don’t know what this is. Thank you for any input!

Order status - not shipped after a month

I ordered a large round brush attachment for the airwrap on November 6th and I still have no shipping confirmation. I've tried to communicate with the chat agents who have no help to offer and no one answers the phone helpline.Can someone on the forum please assist with how I either get a refund or the product ordered? I've had absolutely no communication and can't even seem to get my money back…

Dyson Customer Support- Canada

I am following up with the customer support for more than 3 months on replacement of the bin for my Dyson V12 Detect Slim Cordless Vacuum which is under warranty and have done numerous follow ups by way of calls , chats and e-mails however till now no solution have been provided. Last week I have been told that Dyson is going to replace the vacuum and asked me few details and today I have received a email that Dyson do not have the stock and they do not have the visibility on when they get the stock. However I can see the machine online on Dyson Website. Every month I am getting a new story and am now fed up with Dyosn, it seems that the company is not at all interested in customer service their only focus is to sell the product.I am writing on this platform with a hope to get some resolution.

Hi. I just bought my Dyson Airwrap Complete Long in Australia. Just confirming that I can use it here in the Philippines since it’s within the voltage range of 110-240hz right? My dyson says it’s made in the Philippines though, but it’s from Australia 😊 Dual voltage rated applianceThis means that you will not need a converter or transformer but just a travel adaptor, because the Philippines operates on a 220V supply voltage, which is within the 110-240V range that the dual voltage appliance operates on.

dyson hairdryer- no power

Had my hairdryer for 3 years and had no problems. Plugged it in this morning and it has no power, no lights on...nothing. I have cleaned the filter has advised by videos etc but it is still not working. help!

Morph Solarcycle Morph light keeps turning off every few minutes

I had been a satisfied user of the Dyson Morph for over a year, and initially, I was pleased with its performance. However, starting from a few months ago, I experienced occasional instances where the device would turn off by itself. At the time, I attributed this to potential motion sensor sensitivity and didn't pay much attention.Regrettably, the problem seems to have intensified recently, with the Dyson Morph frequently shutting down on its own—even when the motion sensor is turned off!Annoyed by this recurring issue, I did some research and found many similar complaints from other users regarding the device's erratic behaviour. PH02 Water Pump

Hi everyone,I purchased a PH02 a while ago. Aside from making odd "rubbing" noises as the fans rotate, I have been getting warnings that there are issues with the water pump. Now all it does is report an empty water tank even if it is filled.Any ideas on what I can try, aside from purchasing a separate humidifier?Thanks!- raj(Edited by moderator – tags added)

v11 vacuum not charging

Hi, was wondering if anyone could help me please as I cant find any help anywhere! All of a sudden the charger on my v11 has stopped charging the machine. There isn't lights to indicate the battery is dead. I did clean the hoover a couple weeks back and I thought it was dry when I put it back together however now I am wondering if maybe that could be the issue. I'd be grateful if someone could let me know please. I do not want to buy a new charger if it's not an issue with the charger I own. Thank you!

V8 Animal+ battery issues

Good day,Due to my Dyson V8 Animal+ (Serial:) battery become dead after 2 years of usage, I’d like to exchange battery with new one Genuine Dyson Battery E.As I have doubts that it will work properly even after battery exchange, please confirm after exchange with new Dyson battery, vacuum cleaner should continue to perform same as new Dyson (in terms of duration on 1 full charge) up to 40 min? Horrendous Return Experience - Refund Still Pending

As an owner of multiple Dyson products in different categories and customer for many years I am very disappointed in the lack of attention and concern Dyson pays to its customers in the returns and refunds process. How can I consider purchasing additional product and support a company that treats it’s customers this way?I ordered a Dyson hair care product for a family member as a holiday gift and it so happens they already owned the item - great for Dyson - not so great for me as it turns out... When I submitted my return request on 12/25, I got no response. I had to contact customer care directly by phone, and sit on hold for over an hour. The associate had no idea how to process my return and was not able to locate my product information despite the fact that the item was purchased through my personal Dyson account on the Dyson site. Dyson V12 Hair Screw Tool - Suddenly Very Noisy - What can I do?

This weekend I used the hair screw tool on my V12 and was aware that it had started making a noisy grating sound, seems to be coming from the purple screw tool when spinning. I took it apart to check there was no debris there causing an issue but it was clear and there were no obvious signs as to why it was making a noise.Any Ideas how to stop the noise?

if this is normal…how is this acceptable for a $1100 product? I have several Dyson products from fans, humidifiers, vacuums, and hair care for my wife and nothing like this before. Albeit my V15 detect was purchased through Best Buy.

Tool holder for Dyson ball

I recently purchased the Dyson ball which came with a free anti tangle pet hair removal tool. This was separate to the main unit but the instructions show a mounting clip for it that was not included in either package? How do I get one of these? It appears to go on near the top of the handle according to the diagram in the instructions.
