Dyson made it so hard to return, and it takes forever to get a refund

My return package arrived at the Dyson warehouse on January 12th, and per the email I received that day, I was informed that the refund process would take 7-10 business days. However, after waiting for 14 business days (today is Feb 1st), I have yet to receive the refund.Upon contacting the customer service today, I learned that my refund had not even been processed yet. It was only after my phone call that the refund process was initiated, and now I am being told to wait an additional 7-10 business days.This level of service is unacceptable and does not meet the standards I expect from a reputable company like Dyson. I will never order through Dyson.com, this is definitely the worse experience.

Omni-glide attachment versions

Hi all, New Dyson Omni-glide owner and first time poster. I’m wondering if anyone can explain why there are multiple versions of the same attachments with different model numbers and prices on the spares page here Dyson Omni-glide™ vacuum parts | Dyson For example, there is a Light Pipe Crevice Part No. 971434-05 for £35.00 and a Light pipe crevice tool Part No. 965247-01 for £45.00. I do want this and the Worktop tool so can anyone advise which version to get? Also, what are people’s thoughts on the Omni-glide. I’m excited for mine to arrive but am wondering if there are any new/first-time user tips & tricks to be aware of? Many thanks, Nick

Unable to access my online account even though my login works on the app

Over the past month, I haven't been able to access my account online, although my login and password work on the app. Initially, I experienced a similar issue as the one described here. However, things got worse and I  completely lost access to my account. This is a problem for me because I have several registered machines with warranty info and a fast way to order parts, etc.The various helplines I contacted, via WhatsApp, chat, or via phone were unable to help me. They could see my account and my registered machines, but couldn’t do anything to resolve my access problem. All they did though was to ask me to reset my password or tell me to delete my cookies, try a different browser, etc., none of which helped.Can someone from Dyson please assist me?

Customer Support Not Efficient at all

So I placed an order on Cyber Monday. There was a problem with the discount code. I called twice Dyson support two weeks ago. They promised they would deal with the problem and I would receive an email within 24-48 hours. Two weeks have passed and there has no response at all. It’s such as waste of customer’s time.

When I press the button to start using it it keeps cutting out It takes about 6 attempts to Now  start it then it works fine I have tried a new battery it makes no diff IV cleaned out the filter etc still is doing the same thing Any advice thanks

Want to buy Dyson Airwrap 220v in Miami Florida, Could i buy and send it from UK a 220v Airwrap?

Hi, I live in Argentina and i’m travel Miami Florida next week and I want to buy the Dyson Airwrap but in my country we use 220v. I was thinking in getting a UK Airwrap and delivery to Miami FL. I don’t know if that is possible or if there is any place in USA that sell the Airwrap 220v I need to know now :) Thanks for the help!

Problems in charging my Dyson v15 detect

Hello,I recently purchased the Dyson v15 detect.After one week of usage the battery stopped charging. I contacted the company and they gave me a replacement. Once I started to charge the new battery, it is stuck to 45% and not charging more.Is there a deficiency with Dyson batteries or a problem with the charger?What should I do? Send back the whole product?

Money Back Guarantee Issue - 90 days

I contacted Dyson via Whatsapp on Nov 25th with regards to Black Friday Promotions, and was informed of a 90 days money back guarantee. I gave it to my wife on her birthday on Jan 30th, but unfortunately she didn’t get on with it. Today when I contacted Dyson for a refund, I was told that the 90 days period has expired, when it clearly has not (it has been 81 days since Nov 25th). I’m struggling to understand how Dyson is calculating the number of days since purchase (how is it 90 days from Nov 25 to Jan 25)? (Moderation edit - Personal details removed)

V11 Absolute Baffling Problem

Hi, Hoping someone can Help with a Baffling Problem on a Dyson V11 Absolute.It's actually a Friends who has asked me to look at it, here's the Issue.It comes with 3 Motorised heads and here is what is Happening:The Torque Drive Motorhead: Only Works on Max Power. On Medium and ECO it spins for a couple of Seconds then stops.The Soft Roller Cleaner Head: Only Works on Medium and High Setting but just spins Briefly on Eco and stops.Mini Motorised Tool: Only works on Medium and High Settings but wont work on Eco.As my Friend thought there was a Fault with the Torque Drive Head as it only works on the High Setting they ordered a New one of these, unfortunately the same thing was happening with that so they sent it back. Evidently it's not the head at Fault.They have all been tried on the long pole as well as directly in to the Dyson Body but No difference.There Must be Power getting to the Heads as they Work just not on certain settings as I explained above, I also cant find anything relat

How do I troubleshoot my Dyson DC25 vacuum shutting off, and experiencing a loss of pickup?

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Dyson customer service and to seek clarification on how I can escalate my concerns to Dyson's higher management for a definitive response.Approximately two months ago, I contacted Dyson customer service to report an issue with my hairdryer, which was still under warranty. HELP - my order keeps getting cancelled

I’ve been trying to order the ‘Large Round Volumizing brush’ for a while now and for some reason every time I place the order a few days later it gets cancelled. I get an email saying “your card was authorized, but Dyson hasn’t taken payment”. I’ve already talked with customer support and they weren’t able to help me so I don’t know what else to do. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way I can actually get the brush, because it seems impossible.

don't love the supersonic diffuser :(

I am a hairstylist and I just recently started my curly hair journey. I love my Dyson supersonic both for myself and my clients... except the diffuser. my main issue is that it simply isn't deep enough! I have long hair and I can only fit the ends in the diffuser and then the mids fall out and dry weird. I have a loose curl pattern and I'm still in the process of training the curls, so they don't coil up easily. I REALLYYYYY wish Dyson had a bigger, deeper diffuser attachment for the supersonic. I love how gently and evenly it diffuses the airflow, I just don't love the design.the other problem I have with it is the metal plate gets so hot! even on low heat, I struggle when diffusing my roots because it gets so hot. I think it may in part be due to the shallowness of the diffuser, so the heating element is very close to my scalp. yet another reason why I wish they had a deeper version. not sure if that heat problem would be fixed with a deeper diffuser or if it's an issue with the desi

Dyson Hot & Cold Fan

Hi AllI recently got my electricity bill, which was WAY above average.   I believe the increase in my bill is due to the Dyson hot & cold fan, which was on Hot a lot over Nov/Dec.Anyone else think the Dyson fan is extremely expensive on electricty?  Thanks
