Cool Link Fan Continuous Oscillation

My Cool link fan continuously oscillates, even when turned off!

No response from the remote (other remote functions working correctly) and similarly, no response from the IOS app (oscillation button greyed out).

I have changed remote battery and removed/re-added fan from my Wi-Fi

Thanks for posting a question. 

You’ve already answered the follow up questions I’d of had surrounding the physical remote and the App controls. As both are not able to control the machine, it would indicate to me that there is an error on the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and an exchange / repair would be best.
