Dyson Reviewer Program - How do I apply?

I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas about how to increase my chances of being selected to join the Dyson Reviewer’s Program? Or any info on how that process works? I am a long time, die hard fan of the company as a whole and it’s products. I own LOTS of Dyson stuff so that is why I am so interested in joining. With the fourth in the series of our owners polls rolling out, we’re focusing this one on our Purifier, specifically where they are located within the home. With a young family at home, air purification is at the top of my priorities - not only for the health and well-being benefits, but the protection offered against airborne viruses and bacteria. Crazy Impossible Delivery Choices

Hello! I am a bit confused by the delivery times that you can choose whenever you place an order. On Wednesday 9/27 I ordered a V15 Detect Absolute and at checkout I was given a few different options for delivery times. Not all days were available for delivery but I was given the option of having the vacuum delivered on Friday 9/29. I thought, “Gee! That’s fast!” and chose it despite that delivery date sounding too good to be true. It’s now 9/30 and my order hasn’t even shipped yet (it is in-stock, and I placed my order at 12:30 p.m. EST, so I figured that it would ship on Thursday). I’m just a bit confused on why I would have the option to choose such a quick delivery date when other seemingly random days (and by that I mean days other than Sunday) were unavailable for delivery. What’s the point of letting people choose if the actual delivery isn’t going to be until much later?

Still waiting for my refund. Help!

I sent my Animal Ball, which I loved, back to Dyson for repair. They assured me online any problem could be fixed for £79.2 days later they contacted me and advised it couldn’t be repaired, because spares were no longer available, and offered 2 options:1: Simply have the machine back unrepaired (I REALLY wish I’d done that) or2: Let them scrap the machine, and sell me a new Dyson @25% discount. I decided (foolishly) to take this option, and a few days later a new V8 was delivered. In the meantime, my wife discovered Curry’s were selling the same machine cheaper than Dyson had sold it to me.I phoned the helpdesk, waited ages to talk to someone, and they said YES, they would price match.I had to send my new V8 back, and order a new one, at the lower price, which I did, there and then, over the phone. I did suggest it would be easier if they simply sent me refund for the difference, but they would not/could not do that.They assured me, on the phone, that my original purchase would be refu

MyDyson app not available in Greek App Store

Good day to the community, I have recently purchased Dyson TP07 Pure Cool Link, from local dealer in Athens, Greece. Unit is in service for the last couple of days and it’s performance is very satisfactory.However, when I tried to connect I realized sadly that the app is not available in App Store (iOS, Regional settings: Greece).After contacting local dealership, their reply was that app is under “redesign”, they anticipate feedback for “reactivation” time but not yet contacted by Dyson, so they cannot do something to help me right now. Honestly, this was not a customer service reply that I was expecting. In other words, app was revoked from the AppStore for update and release date is unknown (first time experiencing this with an active product app). How is it possible someone to sell a product without notifying the client that smart features are not available in his country, until further notice? Perhaps I would have chosen to pay much less for a non smart device or go for a competit

Dyson is not the Best. Do not buy!!!

This Dyson was purchased for my daughter who is a hairstylist and was told Dyson was the best. She maintained the dryer every week and it worked until 1 month after the 2 year warranty was done. The filters were cleaned every week. Well Dyson is NOT the best.  We wanted to get it repaired and before doing so we used the online troubleshooter and have spoken to a customer service representative who basically said that if the dryer is over the warranty period, Dyson will do nothing to repair it. I was also told that my local Dyson Repair center will not repair it because they only fix vacuums. So sad that a $500 hair dryer only has a 2 year warranty. The warranty should be for the life of the product. The customer service representative was awful. I was pleading for some kind of assistance and was told “over two years, you're out of luck!”One would think that a $500 dryer would exceed expectations. The $99 Babyliss that replaced it has been working like a charm for 3 years. Just venting

Dyson WhatsApp vs Dyson Support (Solved)

I have a problem with my Cyclone V10 Absolute bought 9 months ago. It cuts out immediately the trigger  is pulled on max (sometimes on lower settings too). I have now spent an hour trying to get support through WhatsApp. The support person (bot?) just stopped answering 20 minutes ago. I went through the troubleshooter as instructed and it told me to buy a new body. End of conversation. How on earth can I claim for a replacement under guarantee.

Hi everyone,I am Rosa. I am a student at Amfi, a fashion school in Amsterdam. I am currently researching Dyson and the Dyson consumers. Our goals is to research if Dyson can be a fashion brand as well, and how their clothing will look like. No iconic customer service here - Feedback on Recent experience

Five months ago I called my local store with a question about buying a new vacuum cleaner to replace ours….I am still waiting for that call back.  In August I ordered replacement filters for my airfilter humidifier.  The order was to deliver is 7-10 days...on day 10 I get an automated email that states it’s on backorder and will take at least 3 more weeks.   So, you can engineer the heck out of a product but you can’t track inventory or return a phone message?  When I called to cancel the order I got the run around and zero concern as to why I was canceling the order...just a call center.  When I asked to speak to customer service supervisor I was told they wouldn’t take the call.  What are you guys paying your customer service people to do?  I have bought three products from Dyson...no more for me.  Done dealing with a company that charges a premium and fails to deliver.  There isn’t even a subject line for customer service….guess you don’t want to know anything about that!

New product category suggestion for Dyson - Exhaust Fans

Just an idea for a new product category that Dyson could do better than just about everyone in that product niche:  bathroom exhaust fans.  All of them rust or get covered in lint, rust, and mold and become noisy, ineffective fire hazards within a few years.  Please Dyson, disrupt that industry next.

How can I claim against my product guarantee?

Hello,I was told at a Dyson service center that I have 1 month left on my warranty for a v10 vacuum and to compelte my repair, i could use my warranty to get parts for free. However, after registering my machine, i am unable to see any free parts. They all still available for purchase only. I would look into this in more detail, but I was hoping to get a quicker resolution here because my schedule has been difficult lately.Thank you.

How to delete/remove a Dyson from my MyDyson account?

Can anyone please tell me how I can delete a Dyson I no longer have out of my Dyson bit please Thankyou I'm new here.. I also got the v15 today I've just reg it but it's not showing up in my Dyson can someone help me with that too it did say your Dyson is now reg but I can't see it at all. Dyson Hot & Cool Purifier: Noticable dust reduction?

HelloI have an incredibly dusty bedroom. It drives me crazy. I follow all the advice, stick to a cleaning schedule etc but it’s still dusty all the time. I’m considering buying the Hot & Cool Purifier Autoreact.Please would Dyson Purifier owners tell me whether dust levels are noticeably reduced when using it? The description says it captures 99.5% of particles in the air, but presumably that’s just the air in the immediate vicinity of the machine and therefore it won’t remove particles from right across the room away from the machine? Any feedback about dust levels would be much appreciated. Thank youRebecca

Bank Charge showing as 'recurring' - Any ideas?

I just purchased the v8 absolute yesterday and I saw the charge on my card come through as “Dyson recurring.”  Has anyone else had this? I did not intend to sign up for any monthly subscription and don’t know what this is. Thank you for any input!
