Dyson V7 Motorhead Sometimes Not Charging Properly

My title pretty much explains the issue. I have a Dyson V7 Motor Head, recently it started not holding charge but only sometimes. Sometimes it charges to full capacity and I get 20 to 30mins cleaning out of it as I have always done so I know the battery is still good. However, sometimes it seems to charge (takes just as long with lights on in the charger) but then claims to have run out of charge after less than 1min of use (stops running and blue light flashing). This seems to happen almost every-other time I go to use it, there is no one else in the house so I know no one else is using it, any idea what could cause this?

Hot + Cool Formaldehyde Turns Off Randomly

Not sure what setting is causing this but my machine keeps turning off at random moments and during random modes. It'll be set to heating and then I'll realise the screen is off and it's no longer working after its been heating for 8 plus hours. There's no timer set on the app or anything unusual I can find on the machine. Is it just my wifi? Its stable enough for everything else to continue uninterrupted at the same time (streaming in particular). (Edited by moderator – tags added)

Deep Clean Cycle Issue

I have less than 20 hours use on my machine.  About 8 out 10 times it asks me to perform the deep clean cycle especially after replacing the water container with fresh water.  This machine is essentially brand new!   It happened right out of the box the first day I owned it. Dyson customer service was no help.  Any ideas how to solve this or just take it in for warranty replacement?

Air Quality measures seem to high and driving fan high to

Both PM2.5 and 10 are pegged at 999 and have been for a few days. I don’t think it’s accurate given two other fans in the house measure at nominal levels. Anyway to reset the machine or otherwise get it to read air quality accurately?(Edited by moderator – tags added)

Lost/Missing Package - What should I do?

I recently ordered an item online and I received an email stating that it was delivered. I originally checked the secured mail room but I could not find it. I then walked around my apartment building to see if they left it outside, but still I could not find it. I spoke with management who stated they will keep an eye out for my package. My building is an apartment building with several other businesses below it. My apartment has a sign posted to notice all delivery drivers to place any packages in the "SECURED" mail room, as the front lobby is unsecured. My guess is that my package was either stolen orthe delivery driver dropped it off to the wrong location. I purchased this item as a gift for this weekend but looks like I won't be getting it on time. I then had to spend more money to buy another one in-store for a more secure purchase.I submitted a status check on the delivery but I did not receive any response yet. I just spent twice the amount for one item. I don't want to do a cha

Faulty Purifier Hot+Cold Formaldehyde

A bit concerning that after only 4-months my £600 Purifier Hot+Cold Formaldehyde has developed a fault. After powering up as usual it stops working within a couple of minutes and shows an exclamation mark ‘!’ in a warning triangle. Dyson WhatsApp supports was pathetic and took dialogue over 2-days to arrange a return. Anyone else had this problem with their machine?(Edited by moderator – Tags added)

Formaldahyde Shutting off

My purifier cool formaldehyde fan the last week has started turning off during the night while I am sleeping.  There are no timers on and all schedules are deleted. Was there an update?  or something I need to do to keep this machine from turning off? This is very annoying causing me to wake and turn it back on.  My hot + cool machine is working fine.

Dyson Shipping Concerns

I’ve owned several Dyson's over the years and have always bought them at brick and mortar stores. I decided to buy directly from Dyson last month, and boy do I regret that, and after some research this has been a major issue with Dyson. I ordered my new Dyson on Nov 30, and of course right off the bat something seemed off, as it said my delivery would be the next day. As I suspected that was not the case, and then since my Dyson came with free additional tools both the Dyson and the tool kits were shipped separately, and by two different companies, another red flag.The tools seemed to be making its way but all of a sudden no more updates. The vacuum itself never got shipped. Just a label created that's it. Contacting Dyson, I assumed would be easy. No. I had to call wait like an hour to talk to someone, while in the meantime I was using a chat feature. The chat person told me to wait another 4 more days, and so did the person on the phone. New PH03, deep clean needed immediately?

Good morning everyone, and Merry Christmas!I just unboxed a brand new PH03, shipped from Dyson, and set it up in Auto mode (fan and humidification). Within a few seconds, the on unit display requests a deep clean and the second button glows orange.I looked in the user manual and the icon I’m seeing on the display suggests a Pump Rotor Failure.I started a deep clean (suspicious that this is not the real issue) and now the on board counter display stopped counting down then it got to 59:50.I suspect that this unit is faulty, can anyone confirm?I can’t reach Dyson Support as it’s Christmas Day.

Registering more than one machine in the app - How does it work?

Hi I have recently upgraded my older Dyson purifier hot & cool to the latest formaldehyde version. I now have 2 machines and would like to run both of the app but I can't seem to find a setting and the play store won't let me download 2 versions of the app.Can anyone offer a solution as I see this as an issue for the future when people upgrade they will keep the older machine or have more than one machine, upstairs and downstairs...(Edited by moderator – tags amended)

PH01 humidity not working

HiI recently stated a deep clean of the water in my machine’s tank as prompted by the App, but accidentally cancelled it near the beginning. Since then the humidity function has been switched off on one part of the App, but on another part it says it still has ages to go til the next deep clean. I’ve tried taking the water tank and filter out and putting them back and doing a reset but nothing’s worked. Any advice please?(Edited by moderator – tags added)

Repair Service Fiasco!! Courier Collection.

Hello, has anyone had repair collection issues from Dyson.  I booked in my Dyson 2 weeks ago for a collection for repair and today was the FOURTH collection slot booked and still not collected! I’ve called Dyson numerous times and been on hold for hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve issue and still no resolution to this issue! I have always bought Dyson hoovers and I am fast losing faith in this company! Anyone else had issues and any advice very welcome? Perhaps I should just buy a new Shark hoover instead of wasting my time! 😖. no airflow through air multipier loop on hot + cool fan

I have had my new Dyson hot + cool formaldehyde fan for about a week, but have noticed that I can’t feel any air flowing through the loop or out from the slit on the inside of the loop. Not sure if this is normal or my fan is faulty? cool air flows from the front of the fan, but if I block the air multiplayer loop with a towel or sheet the airflow remains the same.I would expect this to decrease the airflow if air was been multiplied. any ideas what is happening?
