Thoughts on UV sanitisation feature on the Dyson 360 Heurist?
Hi, am a new user. With the outbreak of Covid19, been seeing alot of advertisements of the sale of UV sanitisation robots. Am a proud owner of the Dyson 360 Heurist, but was just thinking if it be a great idea if there is an addition feature of UV sanitisation added to the robot. What are your thoughts? PH03A vs PH04
I know the PH03 does not purify Formaldehyde as the PH04 does but does the PH03A purify Formaldehyde? I’m asking this because I was told at a Dyson repair shop that the PH03A is just a PH04 without the WiFi board. Is that true? If so then the Formaldehyde processing should be there. Can anyone confirm this? —Rocco—
what shocking customer support :(
I’ve just spent well over £600 for a vacuum I am unable to use because I have a part which doesn’t fit anything and I can’t get any answers or proper communication from this company. This is my eighth dyson vacuum - I started with an 02 - I am so saddened by the deterioration of what used to be fantastic customer support. I have spent most of the afternoon following instructions from the customer service lady and the website and still no one has replied to my query. So.. I am forced into a situation I don’t want to be in and joined a community. I’m sure they’re very helpful for those people who like this means of contact but I hate it and I don’t want to be on social media especially so as we live in the sticks and have poor connectivity but I have no alternative but to try to get answers this way. As you may have guessed I’m VERY cross. I have purchased a V15 detect. There are so many fittings it’s really quite silly but I understand Dyson want to make money. However… the main part a
Remove Dyson Registration from MyDyson Web Site
I purchased a gift for somebody on Dyson.com. They automatically registered it to my account. I contracted support and they somehow went and added more of the same model with different serial numbers to my account. I have spent hours on the phone with support being run in circles. I have been a Dyson owner for years and have many machines, but now my account has machines I don’t own registered to it. How do I remove them? I am fairly upset about this. The quality of the phone support truly makes me want to not use Dyson anymore as this seems like a simple thing to correct.

How do I speak with complaints team?
I have had several calls with Dyson phone line and literally 200+ Whatsapp messages. All trying to get my vacuum working. I have been told to buy and have bought: a new motor, new powerhead, new filter. It has been returned to Dyson and returned to me not working. I have continually asked to speak to complaints team. I have been promised call backs repeatedly but they have never happened. I have wasted so much effort and money since December. How do I speak to someone who can help: manager or complaints team.

Dyson Norway - Order still not arrived after 2 months. Terrible customer service.
I ordered a vacuum from Dyson’s Norwegian website on 28th November last year.We received a confirmation email from Dyson saying our order had been sent on the 30th November. This was clearly not true as we received two more emails 2 weeks later saying it was taking longer than expected to send our orders. Not good but OK, it’s Christmas. Delays can happen. We were told it would definitely be shipped in a week. A week went by and nothing. We did not receive any tracking number or anything useful. After eventually receiving a tracking number the package never seemed to move and did not have an estimated delivery date. Customer service is comprised of people who clearly have no power to do anything and that do not even check status or read previous chat logs. Using the WeChat contact (As there is no phone number to contact Dyson Norway), I was constantly told they will open an investigation. The first time they said it will take 3 days, fair enough. Of course after 3 days, no contact. I c

Replacement Filter - Ordering experienceSPOTLIGHTED POST
Replacement filter. Experience and feedback. In preparation of an upcoming holiday, my wife and I have been doing a somewhat spring clean. This involves using our very old cordless (DC58) to clean out the washroom. I might add this is also where we keep the dog leads and toys. After we had finish, we washed the filter and put it on the drainer, thinking no more of it. That is until our Yorky came darting out with a half chewed filter. Off to the Dyson web shop I went to order a replacement. After registering the vacuum, which included completing an application akin to any other. Name, address, purchase date and serial number. The actual process of locating the replacement was extremely simple and straightforward. With the part in stock, I completed the purchase and waited. I received an order confirmation straight away, with another once the part had been dispatched. Both I’ve come to consider as standard when placing an order. The delivery was quick, packaging was light and instillati
What happens to old Dyson batteries, are they recycled?
I recently replaced the battery for my Animal V6 at the new Dyson store in Dallas. I casually asked the employee how the old batteries were recycled. He said, "We just throw them away."Surely Dyson doesn't landfill all these used lithium ion batteries encased in plastic to landfills. They can and must close the loop on the batteries and the plastic used in their products. The employee seemed new. Was he not fully trained or does Dyson really throw away used batteries?
The Dyson App - Re-engineered
The Dyson Link App vs MyDyson AppIf you’ve seen some my previous posts, you’ll be use to me leaving feedback and my opinion about Dyson. Tonight is no different! Allow me to set the scene. There I was, drinking a cup of earl grey, planned the Purifiers heating schedule for this coming weekend and what should pop-up but a notification stating the Link App has been re-engineers. This wasn’t just any notification, one that I’d usually dismiss as a nuisance, but one that made me take notice. It showed we can now add their hair care and floor care machines. Wanting to test this, I went on the hunt for our Cyclone V10.The method of add a machine isn’t dissimilar from that which I followed for the Robot and Purifier, with one small frustration, it seemed to search my local wifi network for a machine broadcasting. Only after failing this search did it provide me an option to add my V10. Once added, a plethora of new option became available. Set up, maintenance and accessory videos at my finger
dyson not working in the US
So I actually need some helpi have a Dyson that I have purchased in india and now I have completely shifted to the US. Unfortunately the Dyson isn’t working here and I know it’s due to the voltage issues. I spoke to the customer care and they instructed me to visit any nearby Dyson show room and that they would help me trade it. But they instead told me that they stopped doing the trade option since 2020. So I am just stuck with the most expensive product without even using it. so please you guys help me out with some or the other option.
Set Cool Temperature
Hi, We just bought our 1st Dyson Purifier Hot + Cool™ Formaldehyde (White/Gold). It seems to be an amazing bit of kit and the accompanying app really works well. My query is if it is possible to set a target Cool temperature, I do realise its not an air conditioning unit but would love to have it slightly cooler at night. Hope this query makes some kind of sense to someone 😇
Set Cool Temperature
I have similar question. I also have a Purifier Hot + Cool Formaldehyde (White/Gold).In a room size of 4 meter by 3 meter, with windows and doors closed, at night , the room temperature is 25 Celsius. I set the target temperature to 18 celcius, and fan speed at just 1 (because I wanted the fan to be as quiet as possible while I’m sleeping). I set 18 celcius target temperature by pressing the red minus thermostat control button to 18 celcius and then press the blue dot cooling mode button. After 6 hours, at night, from 1am to 7am, the room temperature is 23 celcius. Is that the correct outcome? I was hoping that the room temperature would be 18 celcius after maybe an hour or at least by 6 hours. What is the correct expectation for the cool feature? What does it do? If I want the room to be 18 celcius on a hot day, how do I configure the unit to cool the room to 18 celcius (if the cool feature is designed to do that). Incorrect temperature on my dyson purifier cool fan
For some reason my Dyson fan is displaying a negative temperature. The fan is in the bedroom so I am 100% certain it isn’t minus 2 degrees in there! Anyone know what’s wrong and how to fix it? I’ve tried leaving it off and then turning it back on and the software is up to date. Thanks. Pic of what it says is below… (Edited by moderator – tags added)
In Dyson app, we can see the NO2 in absolute value of 1,2,3,4 or 5 …… for indoor reading however for the outdoor reading we are seeing PPB reading. Due to the different value, we can’t really compare if the room air is really much better than outside as they are of different units. Anyone notice and know why the difference in the measurement units.

PH02 Water Pump
Hi everyone,I purchased a PH02 a while ago. Aside from making odd "rubbing" noises as the fans rotate, I have been getting warnings that there are issues with the water pump. Now all it does is report an empty water tank even if it is filled.Any ideas on what I can try, aside from purchasing a separate humidifier?Thanks!- raj(Edited by moderator – tags added)
air quality is not improving over time
I assume the filters catch the pollutants as the time progresses and reduces the pm* rating over time but I do not see that happening. The filters are clean as whistle after 3 days but the pm* rating keep going up everyday, it started at 30 on day one to 350 at the end of third day. I use HP04(Edited by moderator – tags added)
