Dyson V12 Absolute Nightblue/ Copper Hepa Filter

Does anyone know an source for this Hepa Filter (picture) in this seldom color? The Filter should fit like the original and should nearly have same quality. Would like to have an second one to change it while the other one is on way to dry up.. Regards, Theoneandonly

Dyson Repairs Gone Wrong!!!!

I have a brand new Animal 2 ball that I used and it started to smell of electrical fire. Dyson said to send it in for repairs. I sent my vacuum in via Dyson’s repair service on the 27th of October and have been unable to track or find where my vacuum is after the repair after over two months of it being sent in. Every time I reach out to customer service they say someone will email me back within 24-48 hours with an update. They never email me back. Whenever I call, I am on hold for over an hour only to be told the same thing. I logged into my account and saw that someone from Dyson changed my UTAH mailing address to a LAS VEGAS address where I do not live. I believe they sent my BRAND NEW vacuum to someone else. Dyson, please ship me a brand new Dyson back, I want yellow.

My AM09 switches off when I use Heat Mode

My AM09 Fan cools properly but it stops within 20 seconds If I use heat mode. I have cleaned out the fan. Is there anything else I can try? This hasn’t worked for a couple of years but is only about 5 years old.

Hi my husband got me a dayson airwrape when he was on one week working travel in the US but we are living in Spain we didn’t know that it’s not compatible with the European voltage and in LA they didn’t advice us while they knew that it was a gift and he was there only for 2 weeks what can we do please

Hello, We have a DYSON model V10 ANIMAL. We bought 3 years ago. Yesterday, when we put it back on the power station, after a few minutes, there was a blue and red light flashing on both side of the machin. Is there anybody who had this problem ? My robot is doing what I believe is a fan running noise when is already fully charged and parked in the charging station. Is that the way it supposed to be? I also touched the top of the machine and it was warm.

Dyson Corrale Straightener

I have joined this forum for help. I am/was a massive fan of Dyson products but purchased a Dyson Corrale at Xmas which is pulling my hair and has damaged my hair. I have called Dyson to return this and waiting and waiting on the returns label. Can someone help and tell me the address to return this in the UK and I will post this back myself.

Tried Twitter (no answer) and calling customer care (over 1h wait time). So how on earth can I return this device?This is so unlike what this company says they stand for, it’s maddening.

model number needed so i can find a replacement power cord

I lost the power cord for my head/cool Dyson fan. I spent 2 hours with customer service, finally was given an item number, and the number was for an air purifier! I refuse to get on the phone, be put on hold, and listen to the same canned message forever. Anyone have an ideas. The head/cool fan only has a serial number on the bottom with no model number.

Roller brush on my DC62 spins only at start of operation. Have gone through all the steps on the Dyson website for troubleshooting, problem still persists. Assuming it will be a new part but, don’t know which one.

Online Return

Anyone else having trouble with online returns? I filled out the return form twice and spoke once with live chat. No responses within 48 hours with the online form and Mustafa with live chat said he was sending me an email for the return. Still nothing. Anyone else having trouble with online returns? The phone wait is over 60 minutes. I am in the United States.

What does Dyson do when they lose your vacuum when repairing?

Hey guys! I have been using Dyson since I was younger and finally bought my own Animal 2 ball. This thing worked for about a month then had an electrical fire smell. Dyson had me send it in to be repaired. I sent my vacuum to Dyson via UPS back on the 27th of October. It’s now the 8th of January and I have no clue where my vacuum is. I have called, emailed, and chatted to only be told the same lie of “someone will reach out to you via email in 24-48 business hours”. WHERE IS MY $600 VACUUM? I would love an update or honestly a new vacuum at this point.Other info, I looked at my Dyson account and a service rep changed my UTAH mailing address it a LAS VEGAS address. Someone in Vegas got my repaired vacuum…DYSON PLEASE GET THIS FIXED!!!!

Heat Cool Fan AM09 - digital display not working

I love my Dyson Heat/Cool Fan AM09! And I can use it without seeing the heat or cooling temperatures on the front digital display. I cannot find any part to replace this digital display. I don’t want to send in the entire machine as it is winter where I live now. Does anyone know how to fix or replace the digital display? Thank you!!

Dyson V6 vacuum not turning on

I have a Dyson SV04 that after charging will not start. Nothing happens. no sound. When you pull the trigger you get a red light. I have cleaned it all out. I have unplugged and replugged it in. Any ideas?(Moderation edit - title updated)

Tube pinches & removes skin at point of joining - portable vacuum cleaner

We have had in use the below model of portable Dyson vacuum cleaner, and since purchase have had no issues until now. Due now to perhaps to use, the tube from the vacuum unit/collector has some «play» in it, with the result it now presents a danger in use. With the result of this waggle gap it pinched a chunk of skin from a finger, as shown.Needed is a way to ensure there is no waggle room for the tube to pinch the skin e.g. by ensuring that there is a solid flange around the connection point so that when the tube is pushed in, there is no visible gap as it is covered by the flange – (a flange is a protruding ridge, lip or rim which externally covers the point of connection/joining)Please see the attached images

VERY VERY Frustrated with Customer Support

I used the online form twice to submit a return request, both times getting an acknowledgement that I would hear from Dyson within 48 hours, and received nothing. Then I used online chat and spoke to a person who was very helpful, said that she processed a return and that I would receive an email with return authorization, and still received nothing. Now online chat is down and the call wait time is 51 minutes, which is unacceptable. Your website says that you make returns easy, which has not been my experience at all. I NEED HELP!!

Using UK dyson airwrap in USA- relocating

hi there, I’m relocating to the USA from UK and have bought a Dyson air wrap (first edition) a couple years ago and absolutely loved the product. I know the Uk Dyson won’t work in the US and was wondering you do exchanges? As in I give my UK Dyson back for a US Dyson air wrap? Or do I have to repurchase the entire product again??? This would be a waste of money as the Dyson products r very expensive, airwrap being about 600???

Lost In Shipping - US Customer Support?

I am stunned. I am a loyal dyson customer with multiple dyson products and I just spent nearly $1K USD on a new submarine v15. The package was lost by UPS.At first, I thought this would be easy. I called Dyson. They told me to call UPS. Fine.UPS said I cannot file the claim, and will not allow me to proceed. They told me Dyson needs to file a claim.Still, I had hope. I contacted Dyson yet again, they said they would e-mail with follow up.No follow up happened.I called Dyson again today. The guy gave me the same canned speech about calling UPS. This time I got pissed. I will not call UPS again. The contractual obligation of getting the item to me is between Dyson and UPS. Dyson can easily file a claim. Is this how we treat customers who paid for such premium products?At this point, I cannot seem to speak to anyone competent. These all seem like overseas call centers who can only give the same speech over and over. Does anyone have a competent US number I can reach?My next actions seem t
