Hello,I would like to ask if the V12 LED Crevice tool (971434-04) is compatible with the Omni-glide, and whether Omni-glide’s version 971434-05 is also compatible with V12?

No tracking on a shipped order?

I ordered a dyson airwrap on December 15 and for almost a week received no email for shipping then when I finally do get an email saying it has shipped, there is no tracking number or anything. I have tried calling dyson but nothing has changed. I also am having it shipped to a mailing location cause I don’t want it sitting in my doorstep. I need help.

How do I remove the charge cord from the Omni-glide wall mount

I think my question is related to this answer:We have a new Omni-Glide we love. Unfortunately, where we intend to store it does not have an electrical outlet. There is one in the next cabinet over. I’d rather not have to cut a larger hole to accommodate the plug (American) nor the wall mount. It looks like the cord itself should come out of the wall mount allowing me to cut a much smaller hole. But for the life of me I cannot seem to free it. It looks like a small flat head screw driver should free it, but no luck.

Hi, I'm based in New Zealand and I need a sparepart for my SV03 Motorhead. I think I found it on the US website: https://www.dyson.com/support/journey/spare-details.965665-03 I can't find this on the New Zealand website. Can somebody help please. Regards Michael

V15 Detect defective on arrival - what to do?

I recently ordered my 2nd V15 Detect from the Dyson website because I liked my first one so much. However, the unit that arrived is defective. In particular, the shaft of the vacuum is missing the piece that allows it to interface with the suction chamber. Comparing it to the one I already own, it’s obvious which piece is missing (see attached photo). I submitted a Customer Service inquiry using the text-message based customer service interface on the website, which allowed me to submit a notice and told me I’d hear back in 24-48 hours about what to do, but I never heard back and It’s been a week now. Should I just return the whole vacuum or is there a way to get someone to send me a shaft that is complete? Thanks very much.

Parts help question?

My cordless vacuum stopped charging. I went to buy the part and the Dyson site to choose my model didn’t recognize my serial number. Luckily, I had registered my product. I had to use the sales number to get a person, but the charger hasn’t been in stock. I called and am on the email list. I was told I’d get other options after 2 weeks. It’s now been a month and over the holidays with no working vacuum. Called again today, was told they’d be in stock next week. Any other ways o can buy the part I need now? Sweeping is getting old with two boys, two cats and two dogs in the house.

V10 extra unsolved Trigger problem

I purchased a Dyson V10 extra vacuum cleaner from the Dyson website in Turkey. Unfortunately, within just four months of use, I encountered a recurring issue with the trigger mechanism. I promptly sent the product in for service, and it was replaced with a new trigger unit. However, my frustration grew when the new unit also developed a trigger problem within a month. Once again, I had to send my vacuum cleaner in for repairs.After 14 days in service, they told me that they replaced the same trigger unit again. Why should I continue to endure repairs and part replacements on a relatively new product? I urgently request a resolution to this ongoing problem. I no longer wish to use the V10 vacuum cleaner and I've read about this trigger problem in many comments written by users, so it is a cronical problem. I kindly request either a replacement with the different model, which does not have a trigger. I hope we can resolve this matter.Can you please assist me?Thank you

Brand new Dyson V15 does not charge

On Christmas day, my two-month old Dyson vacuum V15 completely stopped charging. Not happy that a brand new very expensive piece of equipment stops working after 2 months. I am not charging through the dock - I am using the charger plugged into the wall and going directly into the port in the battery (the simplest way that should be problem free but it is not). Does anyone have an advice? Thank you and Merry Christmas.

BP03 Breeze Mode

Hello,I’m a new owner of a BP03. I was wondering if anyone has has experience with their unit making clicking sounds when using breeze mode?There is slight clicking and very faint motor hum when adjusting angles, however in my already quiet room, I can hear the air angle mechanism clicking when in breeze mode.I had read many reviews without many mentioning breeze mode.Other than that small clicking this unit is exactly what I wanted. My TP02’s and TP07 are great, just too noisy.I have contacted dyson and they’re offering a replacement but I wanted to see if this was experienced by other people first. The box was in excellent condition, wrapped and undamaged.Thank you,OneCleanCookie

Airwrap new barrel

I currently have an older style long hair airwrap which I love, but do find that changing the barrel burns my fingers. Is it possible to use the new barrel on an old style machine. Are they compatible.  thanks

Does anyone know who to contact about the UK website not working when you go to delete an item from basket?It’s 20th Dec 2023 at 10:00 in the UK and Dyson are losing sales because it is not possible for the website to delete items from users baskets. I added a £80 accessory to my basket that already had a £23 accessory, then decided I did not want the £23 one, but could not delete it. I logged out and back in. Still nothing.I ended up calling on the mobile and I ordered it with the agent over the telephone. All the Dyson adverts say deliveries will happen before Christmas if ordered by tomorrow but the agent said it would be 3 to 5 working days before I got it. This is after I had paid for it. Thanks Dyson! (not!)

Dyson Supersonic Cuts Out After 1 Minute and feels hot

My supersonic hair dryer cuts out after about one minute and needs to cool before use again. I thoroughly cleaned the filter as instructed on this site. I tried multiple direct plug in outlets in my house and a friend’s house and it still shuts down due to overheating. It also feels like it is far less powerful than it used to be. It has been cared for and not abused in any way. Any suggestions?

V15 Floor Dok

Is the Floor Stand DOK #970778-01 compatible with the V15. The description in the link says it is but when I put it in my cart and it says it’s only compatible with the V11 and doesn't list the V15. I went ahead and ordered but seems odd the link provided says it’s for the V15 but under compatibility only lists the V11 models.  can someone clarify

Dyson light ball animal internal hose issues (part name please)

Good afternoon good folks My dyson light ball animal has an issue with suction. The wand side and motor are all ok however the internal hose has ripped off (photograph below) so the brush head side is not working. Can anyone please let me know what is this part called? is it called the “internal hose assembly” or ideally if anyone can let me know the part number please. Also is the part posted in the second picture below the one that I need?Many thanks indeed for any help or support

Cutomer Service/Order Update

Good morning everyone, I have gotten in contact with Dyson customer service representatives and they keep saying the same thing. The product I ordered was in stock and they have to submit a form. After this they said that I would receive an email with the order updates within 24hrs all three times. I waited the 24hrs and when I didn’t receive anything I called and explained the issue again. I’ve ordered from Dyson 3 previous times and I’ve never had this issue. The representatives seem very helpful and we’re pleasant to speak with but there has been no headway with my order. Has anyone had these issues and are there supervisors that I would be able to be connected with to get this issue resolved?

Dyson v8 Soft Roller Cleaner Head spins and then stops

Hi all!My Dyson soft roller head is behaving in a really weird way (link to video): The head spins for around half a second before abruptly stopping as if its hitting something and getting stuck. The motor itself seems fine as it spins freely when the roller head is not installed. I cleaned out hair from the spinning parts attaching the roller in place. There is no clear obstacle that the roller is hitting. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on what to do?Thanks!

Sent Fan for repair (per Dyson suggestion) and now I'm being ghosted

November 4th, my fan started showing an error message. I called the support line (and waited, and waited and waited.. why do they not have a callback??) and was told that it needs to be sent in for repair. I did that on Nov 8.  I did not hear anything back even though I called and emailed. Finally on Nov 24 I receive an email that the unit needs to be replaced and that one would ship in 1-2 business days. Today is Dec 21. It has been over 30 business days since sending the unit and about 20 since being told a replacement would ship. None of my emails are answered although they have been before. And when I call in and wait for over an hour to speak with someone they tell me it’s handled and the service center and out of their control / no visibility.How do I contact the service center? I have an order number, a serial number and repaid id. Currently, I am on hold yet again. It went from 62 minutes to 147 minutes out of nowhere. I have a home full of dyson products but will never purchas

Refund - Still waiting after 60 days

I’m still waiting for my already processed refund. I thought I’d have a good experience buying direct when they had their loyalty sale. Boy, was I wrong. I will never be buying direct ever again from Dyson. I got two vacuums as I wasn’t sure if I wanted the V15 Submarine or the Gen5 Outsize. I sent back the V15 and it was approved for return within a few days as it was never opened. I have now called three times (and on hold now again for a fourth time and on hold for 40 minutes already) through the so-called “refund period”. They like to claim you get your money back usually in a week to 21 days, “...but can take 30 to 60 days”. I’m now at the 60 days and the refund has still not come. Every other company is able to credit you back pretty quickly, but Dyson is starting to remind me of those Chinese start-ups for preorders of a thing like a computer monitor, miss all their deadlines, and even though they claim you are able to get your money back, it gets lost. I’m about to just report

Warranty Return UK - Terrible experience - Refund required

HiI registered a within-warranty claim for my faulty Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal 2 on 17th November.It was eventually collected on 28th November.I have contacted Dyson via the Digital Assistant chat numerous times since then and each time they have guaranteed an update within 72 hours.We are well over the promised ten working day return limit and I have had no updates and no sign of the unit being returned.Christmas is fast approaching so please can I have a refund to the value of the unit and extended warranty to buy a new vacuum cleaner so I can clean my house for my guests?RegardsCyrus
