where is my seial nuber form ?

About 2 years ago my good friend give me a Dyson supersonic.  Few months ago my Dyson stoped working.I’ve been trying to call different Dyson customers service numbers for help- with no luck.Every time when I give my serial number I being told that my serial number is not from uk  and that I need to call country where my Dyson was bought  originally.When I’m asking if they can help me with finding out where is my Dyson supersonic from you guys are me that you can’t help me and I need to do it myself.For the past 12 months my hair dryer is sitting in the box broken and I can’t figure out what to do with it.Is there any way you could help with this and find out where is my hair dryer from so I could send this and get it fixed ?

Dyson Corrale straightener is a defective product

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Do your homework first online and you will see numerous complaints. It works for a short time, then I got an error message to “reset” which would not work. Now it has died completely after maybe 5 uses. This seems to be a common complaint.  Dyson continues to market a product that they must know is defective and refuses a refund, offering only a replacement which I do not want due to the number of failuresDO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT and think carefully before buying any other from Dyson as their customer service is horrible.  DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Corrale Straighteners

It seems to be a common theme with the Corrale straighteners, mine are just over 2 years old and won’t hold charge for more then 2 minutes. As they are out of warranty Dyson have offered me £99 for a refurbished pair which I am reluctant to do if the same will just happen again. I may aswell invest the £99 in a different brand. It’s bad that dyson charge so much for the straighteners that seem to only last 2 years! Just being told this happens to all batteries is not good enough. If I was advised this before purchasing I would not have bought them, The straighteners are not cheap and I expect so much better from dyson.

what do I do with my Supersonic that I purchased in Japan

I purchased a Supersonic in Japan because I was told it’d work in the US.I came back home, tried to use it, and it won’t work.I contacted the customer service and they told me to contact my local store, and that they would exchange for a US one.I called, the store is saying that’s not true and they can’t do that.I activated my warranty no problem so I have warranty but what do I do with this Supersonic if I can’t use it…..?

missing hairdryer

My hairdryer still hasn't been returned to me. My hairdryer is still under warranty but was faulty, I was advised by Dyson to send it off for repair which I did on the 10th of October 2024 the 12th of October I had email to say it was repaired and on its way back to me... No tracking ref available??Today is the 4th of November and I still haven't received my hairdryer... I have phoned Dyson on numerous occasions.. only to be told by different advisers, time and time again that it has been escalated and to wait 48 hours. I am extremely upset and frustrated, the whole situation is causing no end of anxiety, the calls have left me in tears. Is there anyone here that can help me please.

Extremely Disappointed with Dyson’s Customer Service and refund help

I am beyond disappointed with Dyson’s handling of my recent purchase of two hairdryers. I placed the order in September but only received one hairdryer in the package. I immediately contacted Dyson’s customer service and even provided a photo clearly showing that the package size could only hold a single hairdryer.Since then, it’s been nothing but frustration. Dyson’s representatives have continuously deferred my case, asking me to wait 24 hours for an investigation, only to repeat the same message without any resolution each time I followed up. To make matters worse, after another call to customer service, they told me it was UPS’s fault for not shipping the product correctly and that I needed to contact UPS myself to resolve the issue.I finally requested a refund, as I was fed up with their excuses, but they refused and insisted I handle it with UPS. I’m absolutely appalled at their lack of accountability and the way they’ve dismissed my concerns. This customer service is unacceptabl

Disappointment

i copy here a message I sent in July this year, never a reaction to this...Dear Customer service, last Sunday 8th July I have purchased my 3rd Dyson machine. I have already the Airwrap 1st generation, the pop ceramic version and now I also have purchased the Airstrait.It was a bad surprise to see that in the Bijkenkorf account I was given a voucher for a free Dyson borstelset, a beautiful pink stylingtool. I was very happy then I went to pick it up. But I discovered I could have right to this if I purchase another Dyson machine!!!!Seriously? I am thinking about bringing the Airstrait back. It feels really like if I am fooled. How can one person buy so many machines? I have already 3 with this one and I find it very disappointing. Dyson Airwrap Damaging / Breaking Off My Hair

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap Complete Long in Sept 2023. After the first use, I was in love. The airwrap delivered as promised - drying and taming my hair into a beautiful blowout look and in a short time. However, after less than a handful of uses, I noticed my hair was breaking off in huge quantities. As a Dyson AirPurifier owner and fan, I didn’t want to believe it was the Dyson Airwrap, considering the advanced technology and testing. However, I had a clear halo of broken hairs (~3 inches in length) sticking up every which way across the entirety of my head. I’m 37 and had never experienced this before. Underneath and at the nape of my neck, where my hair is arguably the healthiest, it was only a few inches long in huge sections. As you can see in the one photo, it was coming out in huge clumps in the shower, as well.In an attempt  to regain some of the health and volume of my hair, I used the Airwrap very sparingly over the next few months (Dec 2023 - April 2024). Wave+curl diffuser compatibility

Is the new Wave+curl diffuser attachment only compatible with the Airwrap i.d. or can it be used with the original Airwrap? I’m not seeing anything on the product page for the new diffuser attachment about compatibility and considering the original Airwrap diffuser is always out of stock I’d really like to get the new diffuser attachment for my original Airwrap.

Why won't a Dyson machine purchased in the US work in Bulgaria?

I am so upset, i was crying all day. I just receive my Dyson brand new from USA, but i live in Bulgaria and will use it here. I ordered it a month and a half ago, a friend of mine just bring it here. There was no information, that that it is unusable in european electricity system, i got laptops, telephones and other appliences, and never have such a problem. Please give me a solution i was waitin a long time to safe the money for my Dyson and now everything is ruined. It shouidn’t be this hard to purchase a ridiculously expensive hair dryer

I have now spent more than an entire day trying to by a supersonic professional dryer. I first contacted customer support who would not give me the discount without providing a license. I live in Quebec where there is no licensing system. I spent hours on the phone to ministries in Ontario and was able to obtain the license number I was given there when I passed my exam in Toronto over 20 years ago. Dyson Customer service would not accept it! Its expired. Of course it is. I do not renew it because I do not need it here! I’ve been in Quebec since 2006. Eventually they offered to allow me to purchase it at full price. I wanted to buy it through the website so I could pay in installments but they said it wasn’t possible so I agreed to pay full price over the phone. I was sent multiple payment requests which were accepted but then almost immediately canceled by Dyson. I have no idea why. Finally I called the demo store in Toronto at Yorkdale. The employee there gave me the discount but my

Airwrap Nightmare

Hi all,I recently ordered an airwrap on 09/17/24. Unfortunately, it turned on ONCE out of the box and never turned on again. Naturally, I called dyson's customer service. They put me on a video call where it was determined I received a broken airwrap and could exchange it for a new one. So on 09/21, I sent it back to dyson who received it on 09/27. This was later confirmed by dyson chat support. Following the return I asked the dyson chat when I would get the return. I was told I would be contacted in 15 business days, but now it's 10/27/2024 and I haven't heard anything. I've called and messaged but I have yet to receive a tracking number on my device. I keep being told to wait 24-72 hours, and after I wait the time frame I still received nothing. I had initially ordered this device for an event occurring this Friday (11/01/24) and I fear I won’t get it in time and I’m out hundreds of dollars. I’m beyond upset, I feel like I’ve been robbed of my money. Hair loss

Purchased the airstrait and my hair has been falling out since. Returned and customer care never responded to complaint. I own their hairdryer and have used the airwrap with no problems so made the mistake of trusting their product. I noticed the hair loss 2 days later as my hair was literally shedding in my hands. My hair is still falling out weeks later. I have cried many times. This hair has come from the root. My hair when straight reaches the very end of my back. I have 3c curls. I have lost so much hair and don't understand how this could have happened from one use, and how there are no reviews discussing this.  Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and how they made it stop.

I’ve had my Dyson Airwrap for exactly two years now and it has had no issues whatsoeverrecently it has started blinking red light n then it turns off ive properly cleansed the filter and I’m sure there’s no issue with the voltage it works for a around two mins then it closes again what should I do?

How to forcibly disable ‘pause detect’ in Supersonic Nural?

Hello, I am currently using my dryer like in the above picture: holding by dryer holder.Unfortunately, the dryer keeps enabling the pause detect function due to no motion on the holder.How can I disable the pause detect forcibly?I know I can disable it when using a diffuser attachment, but it is not enough air power. Hope there is a way to solve this problem.Thank you. Best regards,Young

Broken Airwrap right out of the box!

I purchased a refurbished Dyson Airwrap on September 5, 2024. I was very excited to receive one, as the website promises all refurbished products are tested and come with a 1 year warranty. My airwrap arrived on September 10, 2024. Upon immediately plugging it in, it was broken. I tried every outlet in my apartment, but alas, nothing. I called customer service and received no help. I had to show them the broken airwrap via a video call multiple times, following their instructions of reseting the outlet, cleaning the filter, blah blah blah. Nothing worked. Finally after an hour of speaking with customer service (half of which was spent on hold), they told me I had to ship the airwrap back and a new one would be sent. I asked if it would be brand new or refurbished, they said it would be refurbished. I asked if I could just get a refund, they said no. I asked if the refurbished one would actually work, they said “hopefully.” Hopefully???!!! I am not paying $400 for something to hopefully

serious help need!

Hello, I really need help to solve this situation.I’m a professional hairstylist in NY. I have two Dyson hairdryer. I retuned both hairdryers to repair / replace this April. I got one couple weeks later but I haven’t received another one. I contacted customer service many times. I gave them my information serial number, copy of return label as much as i can.but they keep saying we need time to research what happened this. And no response. I had same conversation 4time. Even supervisor said same.its been almost 7 month since I returned hairdryer.I have no idea what should I do.please let me know if someone has same situation and how to solve this.Thank you !

Missleading situation dyson.com.ro

Hi, I’m Pops and recently I’ve bought my second Dyson product, a Dyson air strait strawberry bronze from Dyson.com.ro Romania and honestly I felt very disappointed because in the product post it specifically said that it comes with a Dyson storage bag which I did not receive when I got my order! I must add that I had a conversation on the Dyson chat and the agent told me that i could benefit from a 10% discount ONLY if I give him my data and if I want to benefit from that discount I could only write them on the chat, so I did and I received a link for payment, with the purchase selected by the agent! Today when my order came, I saw that the storage bag was missing and I wrote once again to support and they told me it was a mistake and the storage bag does not fit the airstrait and that they can not send me one because it’s for the air wrap instead, and if I want I can return the product, which seemd very rude and unprofessional! I have bought in the past from Dyson.de but never experie

How do I get help processing my refund?

I purchased a Dyson airwrap and financed via Affirm. I’ve contacted customer service no less than 3 times by phone and as many times via the chat function as well as by email.  I returned my product within 2 days of receiving it...completely unopened as I had an emergency expense come up and realized this was not something I could treat myself to at this time. I’ve confirmed you have my product. First I’m told that refunds will be processed within 10-14 days and then one to two billing cycles. The service representatives don’t understand that they need to process the return in order for me to stop seeing charges within one to two billing cycles. Because two billing cycles is 60 days...not 10- 14 as your policy suggests!  As far as I’m concerned you are being fraudulent and misleading your customers. Not to mention the absolute horrific customer service I’ve received from the most rude group of people ever!  They all claim they are in the US but I’ve not spoken to one person that doesn’
