Hello, I am currently using my dryer like in the above picture: holding by dryer holder.
Unfortunately, the dryer keeps enabling the pause detect function due to no motion on the holder.
How can I disable the pause detect forcibly?
I know I can disable it when using a diffuser attachment, but it is not enough air power.
Hope there is a way to solve this problem.

Pause detect is an always-on feature of the Dyson Supersonic Nural™ hair dryer. This machine has been designed to be used while being held in the user’s hand - it hasn’t been designed or tested for use in a fixed clamp as you’ve shown, and will likely interpret the lack of motion as a pause in styling.
As you’ve said, there are some accessories including the Wave+Curl diffuser which temporarily disable Pause detect as users tend to hold them in place while drying each section. But this would only make a difference while using this particular accessory.
I’m sorry we’re not able to help further here, as it’s not possible for us to change the way this machine has been engineered and tested to work.
