Hi all,

I recently ordered an airwrap on 09/17/24. Unfortunately, it turned on ONCE out of the box and never turned on again. Naturally, I called dyson's customer service. They put me on a video call where it was determined I received a broken airwrap and could exchange it for a new one. So on 09/21, I sent it back to dyson who received it on 09/27. This was later confirmed by dyson chat support. Following the return I asked the dyson chat when I would get the return. I was told I would be contacted in 15 business days, but now it's 10/27/2024 and I haven't heard anything. I've called and messaged but I have yet to receive a tracking number on my device. I keep being told to wait 24-72 hours, and after I wait the time frame I still received nothing. I had initially ordered this device for an event occurring this Friday (11/01/24) and I fear I won’t get it in time and I’m out hundreds of dollars. I’m beyond upset, I feel like I’ve been robbed of my money. Any advice on next steps?

Considering contacting my credit card company to file a formal complaint but I really want to trust dyson.
