Does anyone know why can’t the airstrait (prcd) plug be plugged horizontally. I live in Peru and just bought mine and the plugs are horizontal and not vertical. How can that affect my dyson?.

We can only advise using the Dyson Airstrait
straightener’s PRCD plug in the correct vertical orientation, as this is how it’s been designed and tested to be used - and would not recommend using in any other orientation.
