DYSON PURIFIER HUMIDITY +COOL PH04

NOT IMPRESSED!I bought this unit in 2022, it lasted 8 months before the blades stopped rotating. Unit was sent back for repair another machine was sent to me since they were unable to repair it (Covid ). Six months later same issue with second machine. They upgraded the model from my original model purchased., sent me a third replacement!!Guess what the third unit has exactly the same issue, By this time apparently the warranty had expired. The warranty is from the original date of purchase, although if a machine is this unreliable the warranty should be extended. Now machine is out of warranty let’s see how long the repair will last. I appreciate the Techs at the repair center, although the machine was out of warranty according to them, they repaired the unit without charge. Will I buy another Dyson ? Most likely not!! at least not for $1000 US.

Dyson V11 Outsize Motorhead

I am trying to remove the roller from the Motorhead. I have removed one end as per the instructions, the next task is to slide out the roller, but it is completely stick. The roller will go round but I am unable to slide the roller out of the head. I started this becuse the cleaner was working but making a loud noise.

How do I get my money back?

Purchased vacume cleaner (animal) and home cleaning kit in March. Delay on home cleaning kit so rang said not received. But then it turned up. Charged £417.49 instead of invoiced amount of £429.99. Received refund of £379.99.for vacume cleaner but still owed £37.50 for home cleaning kit. It has been over a month now!Lots of investigations when you ring customer service but I still have not had my money back. Help!

Customer Service - awful

I have a Dyson hair dryer that is about 3yrs old, yes out of warranty. I use it once a week, have purchased additional attachments and a holder for it. Now $600+ later I am out. It began to shut off during use, the filters are cleaned often so it wasn’t that. It finally stopped working. On December 22nd I sat on hold for over one hour and 30min to finally reach a CS rep that was very scripted in his words….he advised me to send it back to their service center for repair. He gave me a code to provide to UPS and they would package it up for me and send it back at no charge. I took it to the UPS store in the original box and UPS said the code I had was invalid although they knew where to send it within Dyson for repair. I paid to have it packaged since the code I had wasn’t valid. I waited and never heard back, I again called the CS center and spend no lie almost 5hrs trying to find my dryer. I could tell by the UPS tracking number it was received in the St Louis area and signed

DC04 Crevice tool

My parents have the DC04 in Purple/Lime. The crevice tool has been lost. I gave them the tools from our old DC02 and they don't fit. All the replacement tools I have seen online seem to fit DC01, 02 and 04. Please could anyone advise which part I should order. Thank you

can dyson v10 clean cat litter

I have been using v10 for the past three years. Recently, the performance worsened and I kept getting “clean” signal in about every few days. I called customer service in Turkey. When I stated my problem, the customer rep told me that I should not use my dyson to clean cat litter as it may harm the machine. This is the first time I heard about it, there is no statement/ warning about it in the user’s manual. Also, you advertise dyson particularly for pet owners. It should not be limited to cleaning pet hair only. Cleaning cat litter is the main issue for cat owners. If I cant use my dyson to clean cat litter why would I buy one in the first place. Appreciate clarification on the issue please. I am not happy about the cleaning performance.

eBay seller may be scammer, who do I report it to?

I recently purchased a reconditioned SV16 V11 Outsize vacuum from Dyson Official Store on ebay. After searching the Dyson.com website I find no mention of this seller. The item was shipped to a wrong address even though I entered a delivery address during the checkout process but it was ignored. Now I am out $352.26 and no cleaner either. I have tried appealing to eBay with no luck.

new Nav 360 VisNav will not charge, resetting to factory setting is failure

Received new 360 VisNav from Dyson late Friday afternoon, 26Apr. Set it up on Saturday. Everything worked except it would not “pair” with its charger. Repeatedly followed instructions to remove from dock, wait 30 seconds, and return to dock with no success. Weekend help bots at support were of no help. Decided to reset the machine to factory settings based on advice from Mark Finn in another closed discussion on the topic. That reduced the menu to a difficult to read QR code for the myDyson app and when my phone would not connect to the machine, it produced another difficult to read QR code that took me to a no longer active page at Dyson’s website. The only other menu option was to power down, which I did. Monday I called support and after waiting for over 50 minutes to chat with an agent I received no more help than I did from the help bots during the weekend, it just took longer. Now I have a case number and instructions to wait to be contacted in 3 to 5 days. Question 1. How can I

Stick V7 head

I have a V7 stick Vacuum and the head turns and makes a horrid noise but it dose not suck, I have checked the vacuum for blockages but there none, the vacuum also only works when the head is attached, I have had is vacuum for yeas and never had issue

Good morning Dyson Community. I purchased a Dyson hair dryer as a Christmas gift in October. She actually does not want it. Not the first time I’ve bought her a Christmas gift she doesn’t love. She actually really wants a new vacuum. Unfortunately, Dyson’s return policy doesn’t allow a return/exchange because it was purchased prior to November 1st. The box is actually unopened, but policy is policy. I don’t want this to sound like a complaint, rather a suggestion to expand the Christmas return policy to October 1st for all of us early Christmas shoppers. It is unfortunate that they won’t accept a return or even an exchange for a more expensive vacuum. There should be exceptions to every policy, especially when it’s just smart business. An unwanted, unopened hair dryer for a wanted, more expensive vacuum, for a loyal Dyson customer who already owns 2 air purifiers and a vacuum. I am testing the sensor , the small one doesn’t really detect VOC. I have the two side by side on auto. PM are close enough VOC tho , the small one doesn’t really show VOC? Any solution ?

Several times a week, the air quality degrades very suddenly. Sometimes I am home, sometimes I am not, sometimes I’m awake and sometimes during the night. Sometimes I’m home for several days and do not leave the apartment much… and the quality stays in the green.i don’t think the sensor is clogged or working poorly as I have another detector, a small one without any detail from another brand and that is located on the other side of the largest room in my apartment. The second one is not a smart detector, it’s just a light (green/orange/red) so there can’t be any conflict.And the two are usually in agreement over the overall quality.my place is highly insulated so the indoor temperature is very stable and the heater activity is minimal (I can also see it on my utility bills). I cook but obviously not while I’m not home or while I sleep. I don’t smoke and I don’t use any gaseous products. I use a built in ventilation system (over the stove but also from the building itself) whenever I’m

dyson ball 3 brushhead

I have the Dyson Ball 3 corded upright vacuum and had it for less than a year before the brush head stopped working. I took it apart and cleaned it but that did not work. I bought a new brush head, same issue. Realizing that the vacuum was still under warranty, I contacted customer service.I have to say, Dyson has by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they take days to respond to emails, they were sending me the wrong info. I agreed to ship my Dyson to get it fixed and they never sent me the shipping label, like they said they would. When I contacted them to let them know that I never received the label, they did not respond. Absolutely horrible!! Does anyone have any solutions as to what is going on with the vacuum? DC11 vacuum - cannot separate plastic wire connectors to motor

Good morning all...I have managed to dismantle my DC11 without too many problems but for the life of me I cannot manage to separate the two plastic connectors going to the motor. Have watched a couple of YouTube videos and seems they should simply pull apart. For whatever reason mine will not pull apart!!!!Not sure what these plastic connectors are called.Anyone else had this problem or can suggest how to separate the connectors. dyson airstrait just wont work

So I got my airstrait and was over the moon with it. For 2 weeks until it no longer worked, got onto Dyson and they sent me a replacement. Also didn’t work so now the third one has turned up and guess what?! Oh yes it doesn’t work so now has to be booked in for repairs. Am I unlucky or is this just an issue with them. It’s not really acceptable for how expensive they are.

BP04 Air Quality Sensor Fault

I have had this machine for about five days. Woke up randomly to a sensor fault. Did all the necessary steps to factory reset it and was even on the phone with troubleshooting. They are having me ship it back and giving me a new machine. This is just terrible to experience with this new machine and paying over $1000. Going to give the replacement a chance before I ask for a refund.
