I have the Dyson Ball 3 corded upright vacuum and had it for less than a year before the brush head stopped working.
I took it apart and cleaned it but that did not work. I bought a new brush head, same issue. Realizing that the vacuum was still under warranty, I contacted customer service.
I have to say, Dyson has by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they take days to respond to emails, they were sending me the wrong info. I agreed to ship my Dyson to get it fixed and they never sent me the shipping label, like they said they would. When I contacted them to let them know that I never received the label, they did not respond. Absolutely horrible!!
Does anyone have any solutions as to what is going on with the vacuum? Thanks in advance.
