Bin compatibility V10 and V11

Dyson 360 eye app

Hello, I'm new here and have a question or problem with my dyson 360 eye, which is a bit older and also has an app. Because it was sitting around for a bit longer and got a new battery, I had to integrate it into the app again and that's exactly why it fails connects to the robot's WiFi, the app then recognizes it and when I'm almost at the end, the app crashes or I have to re-enter the WiFi password from the robot and network. Does anyone have any tips or can help me? That would be super nice, Mfg. Malte

Airwrap died but occasionally gives short bursts of life.

Dyson Corralle not charging

When I have the straightener closed in the dock the LED light is a sold amber/red light, not flashing. Then when I go to use the straightener it has a charge and heat for about 20 seconds then dies. Do I need to replace the battery? I bought it in 2020 so its 2 years out of warranty.

v8 (?) four flashing red lights, then one flashing blue one

Context:The vacuum I’m using is not sucking.I’m half sure it’s a v8 Animal.Pushing its trigger shows 4 flashing red, then 1 blue light. I learnt 4 flashing red lights indicate that it’s a battery issue, but the blue light threw me off. Being a US model, the first three characters of the vacuum’s serial number won’t show up in the Singaporean Dyson website.I see that there are Batteries D and E for this vacuum and that the E one is suitable.Questions:Is it a v8 Animal? Is it a battery issue, or something else? If it is a battery issue, is the Dyson V8 Battery E compatible with this Dyson vacuum? Otherwise, how do I resolve the vacuum not sucking?

My Dyson V7 vacuum stopped working after 8 months. I contacted Dyson customer support and they confirmed the Dyson battery is faulty and therefore covered under warranty. They said they have nil in stock and I had to wait till a new one arrived. They estimated this could take 4 to 6 weeks, maybe less, maybe more. I said that I did not consider this to be a reasonable period to go without a vacuum, I wanted my vacuum repaired or replaced within a reasonable period. What should I do next. Any suggestions go to contact head office or similar

Detail cleaning kit (SKU: 972203-01) supply issues?

Since purchasing a gen5detect from Dyson Australia’s web site in July 2023, I’ve been keen to buy the Detail cleaning kit (SKU: 972203-01) to get the extension hose and the nice scratch-free dusting brush. I have revisited the site a number of times and it has always been out of stock - I’ve clicked on “Notify me”, of course, but have also contacted Dyson by Facebook Messenger to ask when they’re coming back into stock and the response has been to wait. On Friday this week (yesterday) I got an email saying that the Detail cleaning kit was back in stock! I opened the email a few hours after it was sent and clicked the link to go to the store … and it’s out of stock again! All sold out very quickly? What’s happening? Are there really serious issues with supply? What are other people doing? Should I try ordering from Dyson in another country? Or just give up and buy third-party accessories online? Plenty of those to choose from, at least…

Why can't I get a replacement Air Wrap after Customer Service asked me to send in?

I am very upset over the quality of service I have received from Dyson and I am just trying to resolve this issue in good faith, but after 8 weeks I’m finding a resolution frustrating and virtually impossible. I had experienced several occurrences in which my Dyson Airwrap started shutting off sporadically. After contacting your toll free number on Feb. 12, 2024 and describing the issue, your rep connected to my phone and videoed the machine's malfunction. She indicated it was an electronic short and since it was still under warranty, immediately sent me a UPS return sticker, asked me to pack up the entire machine with attachments and send it to your warehouse in El Paso. She said I should receive a new machine in a maximum of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks of not hearing or receiving anything, I called Dyson at the end of Feb (the wait time can be quite long). Had to go over the whole story. She looked into the situation and told me the first CSR did not create an order for the new machine

Why does Dyson sell different product and accessories in neighboring countries

Hello. I'm currently residing in Indonesia. There's a product I wanted to buy but it seems like only available in SG. V12 detect slim absolute HEPA. I'm just wondering why some countries don't get a full line of product and also, accessories are very much limited. Thanks.

Dyson Supersonic bought as a gift in Japan does not work with Canadian voltage (despite being told by salesperson that it would). What can I do?

Title says it all. Was in Japan and wanted to buy a Supersonic Hairdryer for my wife as a gift. I asked the sales people (multiple) if the dryer would work with Canadian voltage, and both of them categorically said ‘Yes’ (they even pulled up a chart). We got home and found out it does not in fact work. Called Dyson Canada and they told me there’s nothing they can do, and to call Dyson Japan. The phone number provided on the website for Dyson Japan is not in service, and the email provided is not monitored. In summary, I explicitly asked if the hairdryer would work as a precondition to my decision to purchase. Was told ‘Yes’ by multiple Dyson representatives. It turned out to be a lie, and Dyson is washing their hands of it. So my wife is left with a $500 paperweight as a Christmas gift. If this is how Dyson stands by their products and treats their paying customers, I imagine they’ll understand when I never buy anything from them ever again.

Dyson 360 Vis Nav - constant Drop sensors obscured alert

Hello! I keep getting this error message about the drop sensors being obscured alert, and I keep cleaning the sensors are the diagram shows, top, bottom, sides….and then sometimes it happens again after 1 minutes, and sometimes it happens upto 4 times.How can I avoid this? Am I cleaning it incorrectly? I’m using dry paper towel or dry glass lens cleaner cloth to clean the sensor areas. So, im not sure what else to do.I’m noticing that it seems to do this more often when it goes over a HVAC register (on the floor register, like this https://www.lowes.com/c/Registers-grilles-Heating-cooling), or just after perhaps the sensors are confused and not dirty? thanks

Using vacuum purchased in the EU in the USA (international relocation)

I purchased my V10 Absolute in the EU and now I am moving back to the US. I’m trying to decide whether it’s worth it to try to bring my vacuum with me back to the US or if I should just sell it and buy a new one when I get to the US. My understanding is it should work as long as I buy a new charging cable. Is that correct? Are there any other issues I should be aware of?

5th machine same humidifer issues

My machine is now out of warranty and I have the same issue I had with my previous 4 machines the humidifier function stops working. No water comes out on the second level and it has no humidifier function at all. How can Dyson keep replacing the machine knowing this is a pervasive issue with the purifier/ humidifiers. Total waste of money they should continue to replace even outside of the warranty window if they can’t develop a product that does what it’s supposed to do for the price they charge my machines have never lasted more then 8 months. Spend $25 on a target/walmart humidifier it will last longer and be more reliable. Dyson’s quality of products and functionality is not fit for the technology they claim to have.

New V11 won't charge fully at firsy use

Hi, I just bought a new Dyson V11 at Easter and has been charging for a couple of days, the battery went up to 75%, then went back down to 70% and just stuck there. This is my first Dyson and feel very disappointed for an expensive purchase. 😕 I will really appreciate your help. If anyone had the same experience, could you please let me know how did you resolve it? Many thanks!

problems with Dyson Hot + Cold Autoreact

Hoping someone can help iv only had the unit a few days and have it set on Auto mode, however when in auto mode it doesn’t shut off, even when the screen reads 0 pollutants it’s still going yet the auto symbol in the corner is on, however if I put the unit into manual mode say on fan speed 10 it works automatically and shuts off and on as needed.
