V12 filter always needs cleaning even after new replacement....

I’m getting slightly frustrated we have a V12 about 2 yrs old. I recently replaced the filter as it kept telling me it needed to be cleaned. Even with a new filter it still tells me it needs to be cleaned. Is this a common issue with V12 after a certain amount of time so you have to buy a new one…

Dyson V12 filter needs cleaning after every use, even if with new original filter

Hello. DysonV12 sends message filter needs cleaning after every use for the last weeks. I have it for 1,5 years and this issue started few weeks ago. Today i replaced filter with new original one and i get same message. Does anyone know how to solve this and what is the issue?I keep the vacuum clean, it has no blockages, i cleaned it in the past every time i got this message.i saw other people had same issue but could not find a clarification. I tried also with digital assistant as suggested in a message but could not get answerThank you

Dyson airwrap purchased in the US and doesnt work in the philippines. what to do?

Hi. Im new to the community. My aunt in the US recently purchased a dyson complete airwrap as a gift for us and brought it here in the Philippines. Unfortunately, we cant use it here due to the difference in voltage. Asked dyson philippines customer care if they can swap or recommend any transformer converter but they said that its best to ask Dyson US on it. Is there any particular brand of transformer or coverter available in the philippines that we can purchase to make this work here? I know we can no longer use the warranty since its only valid in the US and we can bo longer return it to US too since the number of days for return already lapsed so we are just exhausting means to make it work here in the Philippines. Any leads eill be greatly appreciated. We just dont wanna wast the money spent on this dyson so we better make this work here.

Worse Customer Serviced.

I will start by saying that the people I have spoken to have been polite. However the time spend reviewing the account is about 30 minutes and no feedback was not helpful. After 2 weeks of regular calls that lasted over 45 mins I after UPS confirmed that the package was stolen I still didn’t get a refund for the order.I will never order anything directly from Dyson and I will look for any website I can provide this feedback to prevent other from getting the same treatment I received. Furthermore, I requested a call from a supervisor and never received a call back.

Took my 7 month oldV8 Dyson hoover back to curry’s where I purchased it from last Aug it was not working intermittent starting and stopping does not work at all with the wand attached filters are clean and nothing blocked was put through to someone on the phone and was told it needs a new motor ! But have none in stock we will email you within 2 weeks to let you know when it will be sent to me now 4 weeks later and not a word think it’s discusting that you pay hundreds pounds to get a supposedly good make hoover to have issues within 7 months and have to be without a hoover for weeks and not get any feedback at all this is discusting service what your advice please

when can I get a refund for the item which I returned in July 2023?

It’s been almost 9 months since I returned a soft roller cleaner head. Whenever I contacted the customer service via chat, WhatsApp, they said it would be refunded between 24-48 hours. HOWEVER, it’s 25 April of today . Is it reasonable to arrange a refund for 9 months. I literally wanted to know How can I be refunded? They always asked me about the tracking number, case ID, and the receipt, and I sent all of them upon request. Is it possible to get my money back? My case ID is ID 38022693.

First time buyer, extremely unsatisfied with customer service

Hello,I was beyond excited to purchase my first Dyson until it became extremely frustrating and difficult to resolve a simple problem. During the process of purchasing my first Dyson, I was on the phone with a Dyson Representative who was talking through the order with me. The representative had promised me that I could get my initials engraved after placing the order myself in which I did. After placing the order she was sorry to inform me that she was unable to get my initials done so she offered me a discount. She told me she would cancel my first order and create a new order with the discount. She promised me that the order would be cancelled and I even called again later to confirm with another representative. Later on I view that I was charged for BOTH orders and when I called back customer service they claimed that there was nothing they can do and I had to wait until they shipped it out and I would need to decline delivery to receive a refund. dyson violated their own return policy with incompetence and disregard. Over five months trying to return an unopened hairdryer. As an owner a dozen Dyson products I will never invest in another. I have a paper trail beginning in 2023 regarding this matter.

Escalation issue - customer service problems

Has anyone had any success with customer service from Dyson?I’ve been waiting for my Dyson coral to be replaced since I ordered an exchange a month ago! They collected my old machine within a week but after countless phone calls I cannot seem to get any answer where my new machine is? They said they have escalated the issue 7 days ago but I haven’t received any communication from them. Any advice where I can go from here? Daily phone calls get me nowhere ☹️

Shocking Customer Service

Awful Dyson Customer Service Experience. I made an initial call to the customer service team on 15/4/24 regarding an unwanted battery that I had returned weeks earlier and had not been refunded for, as we decided to go ahead and purchase a new Dyson instead.A case number was given. Thereafter I was told and reassured by at least 6 different customer service team members on separate calls that the “Case is escalated wait 72 hours”. and that operations team would be in touch, this has not happened and the date now is 30/4/24, very disappointing especially as proof of postage has been provided and uploaded by them more than once. Along the way a team member even hung up on me saying can’t help anymore! They seem unable/willing to pass me on to a team leader or even provide an e mail address, even after 6 plus phone calls,quite ridiculous really.

Poor Customer Support

Hi All, I must admit I am shocked at the standard of customer service and having investigated more it looks like I am not on my own! How can such a reputable company stand over such bad CS practices? The product I have ordered is very expensive in my opinion and for premium products and the claims made on your website I would expect a much higher standard. I have had a Dyson machine for over 10 years now and I am very happy with the product itself and decided to upgrade as the one I have is not lasting the time needed to a full house clean. I ordered the new Dyson online and as stated on the website expected a 2 day delivery - why make these claims if you cannot stand over them!!I have contacted CS twice to be told the same thing please wait 24 hours having read through other complaints I am fearful now having invested this money in a new Dyson with the level of support being offered.What are Dyson doing to remedy this? I want to request a return for my product but no response to my return request either. Can someone actually help me ? Increase Vis Nav Dockingprocess with using the LED Ring

I got a really god idea for the docking in issues! That would change a lot!That idea was also sent to UK after I discussed the solution with my Vis Nav Professional. I hope it will find a way into the VisNav Settings. The IdeaCreate a toggle to switch on the LED Ring when the Vis Nav is on its way to the docking station and in the docking process. Make sure that the setting is NOT in linked to the brightness of the room- just turning on the LED lights. Here is why and how I found it as a solution.My Vis Nav and also my old 360 Heurist got always issues with docking in, no matter if it was day or night, sunny, cloudy or with lightbulbs. I got an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I switched on the flashlight and positioned it behind the Robot while it was docking in, but got issues to find the dockingstation. The reason was, I hoped that by improving the light conditions the robot will lern how to dock in better in the future…. BUT I found out that EVERYTIME I placed the iPhone-Flashlight behind the Ro

eBay seller may be scammer, who do I report it to?

I recently purchased a reconditioned SV16 V11 Outsize vacuum from Dyson Official Store on ebay. After searching the Dyson.com website I find no mention of this seller. The item was shipped to a wrong address even though I entered a delivery address during the checkout process but it was ignored. Now I am out $352.26 and no cleaner either. I have tried appealing to eBay with no luck.

new Nav 360 VisNav will not charge, resetting to factory setting is failure

Received new 360 VisNav from Dyson late Friday afternoon, 26Apr. Set it up on Saturday. Everything worked except it would not “pair” with its charger. Repeatedly followed instructions to remove from dock, wait 30 seconds, and return to dock with no success. Weekend help bots at support were of no help. Decided to reset the machine to factory settings based on advice from Mark Finn in another closed discussion on the topic. That reduced the menu to a difficult to read QR code for the myDyson app and when my phone would not connect to the machine, it produced another difficult to read QR code that took me to a no longer active page at Dyson’s website. The only other menu option was to power down, which I did. Monday I called support and after waiting for over 50 minutes to chat with an agent I received no more help than I did from the help bots during the weekend, it just took longer. Now I have a case number and instructions to wait to be contacted in 3 to 5 days. Question 1. How can I

How do I get my money back?

Purchased vacume cleaner (animal) and home cleaning kit in March. Delay on home cleaning kit so rang said not received. But then it turned up. Charged £417.49 instead of invoiced amount of £429.99. Received refund of £379.99.for vacume cleaner but still owed £37.50 for home cleaning kit. It has been over a month now!Lots of investigations when you ring customer service but I still have not had my money back. Help!

I have received several Emails from Dyson over the past few months to inform me that the above part is now in stock and available to order. I immediately try to order the part on receipt of the message from Dyson, whereon I am informed by the Dyson algorithm that the part is actually out of stock.
