Awful Dyson Customer Service Experience.

 

I made an initial call to the customer service team on 15/4/24 regarding an unwanted battery that I had returned weeks earlier and had not been refunded for, as we decided to go ahead and purchase a new Dyson instead.

A case number  was given.

 

Thereafter I was told and reassured by at least 6 different customer service team members on separate calls that the “Case is escalated wait 72 hours”. and that operations team would be in touch, this has not happened and the date now is 30/4/24, very disappointing especially as proof of postage has been provided and uploaded by them more than once. 

Along the way a team member even hung up on me saying can’t help anymore!

 

They seem unable/willing to pass me on to a team leader or even provide an e mail address, even after 6 plus phone calls,quite ridiculous really.
