arepair collection not actioned

I’m at my wits endDyson vacuum faulty for the 3rd time , still under warrantycollection for repair has been arranged 3 times &3 times it has not been actioned wasting 3 days of my time over a period of 2 + weeks i have had numerous online chats, telephone calls all useless .At times I have spend 50+ minutes on chats, agents have left chats, chats have ended, fake information given - the list goes on. During calls I have been hung up . Agents who do speak just continually offer apology and promise that issue will not recur - obviously just going through the routine. There is clearly an automated system that does not give room for anything outwith the normal parameters. I’ve offered to post item myself, unable to authorise that. I I have asked to speak to a manager, and request ignored. Advised there is no customer service department I can email. I requested a complaint be raised & it was not actioned.On demanding that my case be escalated , was advised someone would be in di

Dyson 360 eye app

Hello, I'm new here and have a question or problem with my dyson 360 eye, which is a bit older and also has an app. Because it was sitting around for a bit longer and got a new battery, I had to integrate it into the app again and that's exactly why it fails connects to the robot's WiFi, the app then recognizes it and when I'm almost at the end, the app crashes or I have to re-enter the WiFi password from the robot and network. Does anyone have any tips or can help me? That would be super nice, Mfg. Malte

How can you claim that you make returns easy?

I have been waiting over 4 months now for my money. Dyson received the device a few months back, per the postal tracking alert and their own email stating as much.But where is my money??? Not in my bank account.Like, I'm gonna needs some interest on it at this point. This is ridiculous. Has anyone ever actually received a refund for Dyson? Like does that happen, cause based on what I'm seeing on Reddit and other forums, this seems to be more common than not. If an employee reads this, can you get me some information? Every time I call in it takes over an hour to basically get told that they cant help me.

Why won't dyson honor their warranty, I sent a set back under warranty and they replaced as machine faulty, replacement set have developed an issue which renders them an ornament and they refuse to look at them saying they are not under warranty but I have the email with the warranty dates on and they are still under warranty as I speak??? I have better ways to spend £400

DC 17 Flicker Strip - won't stay on - is it safe to use with out it?

Hello! I have had my DC 17 for more than 18 years and I am just now having issues with it. I took apart and cleaned the hair and what not off of the roller bar, and cleaned the gunk off of the bottom plate, but the Flicker Strip came off and will not stay on. I just want to make sure it is safe to use with out the flicker strip because apparently it is not being made anymore and there is no replacement part for it anywhere.

v12 slim detect cyclone mesh clogging

Customer service have just told me this is perfectly normal nothing wrong with my machine despite telling the agent I’ve followed the trouble shooting and maintenance advice on the app and problem is still persisting! So apparently the new way to clean your v12 bin is by physically using your hands to pull down the hair and dust wrapped around the mesh??? Can anyone help? How did you resolve this and what am I doing wrong? Deep clean has been conducted as per customer service advice but problem still remains. Problem started gradually with small amounts of hair and dust gathering at the top and now this is how it collects regularly.

auto setting and air quality isnt working

Hi, I bought the new Dyson hot+cool generation 1 air purifier. I bought this fan because I have a premature baby and wanted to ensure the room temperate and air flow/quality is alway at its best. since using it, I’ve had it on the auto setting the whole day and the air quality is fine. At night and the air levels are always red & really high! The room is a decent size, always clean and vacuumed. I have the temperature on 22 degrees. The baby is sleeping in our room and I find I often wake up cause it’s too hot or too cold. If I drop the temperature to 21, it’s really cold, if I increase it 23 it gets to hot. Sometimes the air blowing is on the highest (I get that it’s trying to control the temperature) but again I wake up cause it becomes way too hot for the baby. I just can’t get it on the right level for the room. I want to leave this fan in the nursery but I’m worried that it won’t have a consistent temperature or air quality for the babyim not sure why the air quality has bee

This red gasket on my Gen5 Detect, which is a few months old is just falling out of the engine. Is this repairable because air can be felt leaking out the gasket loose like this.

tap icon on screen, pure humidify & cool autoreact fan

Please could anyone help, I’ve spoke to dyson online chat & they recommend a new part but machine is still saying same.when I take the water tank out & fill up (keeping all top dry) and put back into machine, after turning power back on a tap icon comes up on screen, this is pretty much a new fan. When speaking with Dyson chat the told me the pump column needed to be replaced, today they have sent me another brand new one, and after filling water tank in inserting in machine after powering it back up the tap icon comes back on ? Has anyone had this, dyson was telling me last week that this new part would 100% fix the problem but it doesn’t seem to have, has anyone else had this fault ??

Same values for PM 2.5 and 10 on device as well as app

I recently bought a TP09 purifier and the PM2.5 and PM 10 readings are always exactly the same. It dies not seem to be an app issue, the readings on the device are the same. The device has been restarted multiple times as well. Does anyone know of a fix? Thanks

Product and Service disaster

I live in Cyprus and bought a Dyson V8 in the summer of 2022. One week after my purchase, it broke. I took it to my local provider and they fixed it within two weeks under the warranty. However, a year and a half later, it broke again. This time, the battery lasted only 30 seconds on high mode. The service technicians tried to convince me that it was normal, but it clearly wasn't. They agreed to "research" the issue, and later confirmed that there were indeed issues with the battery that needed replacement. That was one and a half months ago. I attached a photo as proof. Since then, I have received no calls from them. Yesterday, I called, and they promised to return my call but didn't. Today, I called again only to hear that they still don’t have the battery. It’s been a month and a half. Now, my only option is to share this story here and hope that Dyson will take notice. Wil you Dyson?

Treatment of professionals has tarnished my impression of the brand.

I am the owner of a hair salon in my city and we all use Dyson Supersonic Professional hair dryers. Our clients expect an elevated and high end experience and we have been very proud to represent Dyson as our tool of choice. Recently I returned my hair dryer for a simple warranty claim. My agent was polite and told me it would only be 7 - 14 days before I had my new dryer. Fast forward to now, I have spoken to three more agents trying to confirm updates on my order and have only just now been informed the Supersonic Pro is out of stock. Had i known this before, I would have simply purchased a new Supersonic at my local beauty supply to use in the meantime. Now, it has almost been a month and I have been losing valuable time behind the chair using a cheap, off brand dryer. All agents have refused to escalate my issue to case managers and I am now having to take my issue public. curls not holding

hi there, so I have watched ton of videos on how to use my Dyson. anytime I do my curls they last about an hour. my routine is washing my hairs, drying it about 70% dry, then I go in with mouse (amiga perfect volume mousse) curl my hair, then they would fall in like 30 minutes so recently I stated to hairspray them but the end up lasting like 30 minutes more. I have thick straight hair. does anyone have any recommendations?

Using vacuum purchased in the EU in the USA (international relocation)

I purchased my V10 Absolute in the EU and now I am moving back to the US. I’m trying to decide whether it’s worth it to try to bring my vacuum with me back to the US or if I should just sell it and buy a new one when I get to the US. My understanding is it should work as long as I buy a new charging cable. Is that correct? Are there any other issues I should be aware of?
