I must admit I am shocked at the standard of customer service and having investigated more it looks like I am not on my own!
How can such a reputable company stand over such bad CS practices?
The product I have ordered is very expensive in my opinion and for premium products and the claims made on your website I would expect a much higher standard. I have had a Dyson machine for over 10 years now and I am very happy with the product itself and decided to upgrade as the one I have is not lasting the time needed to a full house clean. I ordered the new Dyson online and as stated on the website expected a 2 day delivery - why make these claims if you cannot stand over them!!
I have contacted CS twice to be told the same thing please wait 24 hours having read through other complaints I am fearful now having invested this money in a new Dyson with the level of support being offered.
What are Dyson doing to remedy this?
