Hi, I just bought a new Dyson V11 at Easter and has been charging for a couple of days, the battery went up to 75%, then went back down to 70% and just stuck there. This is my first Dyson and feel very disappointed for an expensive purchase. 😕
I will really appreciate your help. If anyone had the same experience, could you please let me know how did you resolve it?
