Pulsating vacuum v7 and no response from customer service

I have completed all of the troubleshooting steps to my v7 vacuum pulsating, and have been trying to get a hold of customer support via chat and phone and have not been connected to anyone via chat in over an hour, and the phone line is useless because it only gives me the option to send me a text with troubleshooting tips which I have already done then drops the call. This is a very expensive vacuum to be buying additional/replacement parts for it is not necessary which is why I am looking to speak to someone. This is ridiculous!

My Negative Customer Service Experience with Dyson - Wall Dock Installation Issue

Hello everyone on the forum,I would like to share my recent experiences with Dyson's customer service, which unfortunately turned out to be very dissatisfying. Since December, I have been trying to solve the problem with installing the wall dock for my Dyson Gen5 vacuum cleaner, but unfortunately without success.After the initial installation, I encountered a serious problem that prevented me from using the device freely. Despite multiple requests for help, I was ignored by the company. It is a known problem described here on the forum and is due to the fact that the manufacturer did not anticipate that the location of the docking station would change. However, this was not indicated in the instructions, which I find unacceptable.I've been told I have to wait for parts, and it's been over five months and no one can say how much longer I'll have to wait for a simple plastic part.What's worse, I learned that other docking stations are available, and offered as addition to Dyson Gen5 for

Dyson Gen5 to pick drill dust - Durability

Initial Impressions:After purchasing the Gen5 Detect, which is my first Dyson by the way, I was very pleased with how well it works from my initial tests. But, it gives me a sense that it's fragile, especially after a family relative told me that it can easily break with very fine particles. One example they gave was drill dust.Usage Context:I need to drill holes in walls 1-3 times a year, not for a full renovation, but for tasks like mounting the Dyson dock or hanging a couple of pictures or shelves. Additionally, I plan to use it occasionally for cleaning the interior of my car.Concerns and Questions:Is it okay to vacuum up the dust while drilling? Are there specific things that this vacuum can't handle? I don’t expect it to manage large chunks of rocks, glass, or liquids, but I would like it to perform similarly to the cheap corded vacuum I had before.

don't love the supersonic diffuser :(

I am a hairstylist and I just recently started my curly hair journey. I love my Dyson supersonic both for myself and my clients... except the diffuser. my main issue is that it simply isn't deep enough! I have long hair and I can only fit the ends in the diffuser and then the mids fall out and dry weird. I have a loose curl pattern and I'm still in the process of training the curls, so they don't coil up easily. I REALLYYYYY wish Dyson had a bigger, deeper diffuser attachment for the supersonic. I love how gently and evenly it diffuses the airflow, I just don't love the design.the other problem I have with it is the metal plate gets so hot! even on low heat, I struggle when diffusing my roots because it gets so hot. I think it may in part be due to the shallowness of the diffuser, so the heating element is very close to my scalp. yet another reason why I wish they had a deeper version. not sure if that heat problem would be fixed with a deeper diffuser or if it's an issue with the desi

Dyson CY27 (big ball) to Dyson DC19 (yellow cyclone), tools

PLEASE. Is there anyone that can help me?My daily driver is my CY27 (big ball). I have recently had a new lounge carpet and cannot push the self adjusting head through it. I still have my DC19, with a turbo head. I need an attachment that allows me to connect the turbo brush from the DC19,to my CY27. Hello. My hair dryer has a problem. When I turn it on, it immediately turns off, and so on again and again.... I use it and I have to dry my hair and constantly hold the power button with my finger so that it doesn’t turn off. Then after 3 minutes it starts working normally and won’t turn off on its own. no update on my exchange

My machine stopped working after 2 months of buying it. I raised an exchange request for it. I sent the product within 2 days and it has been more than a month since I got a update.EVERYTIME I chat or email you guys, there’s just a standard reply “You’ll get an update in 24 hours”. After that? Nothing happens. After chatting about 15 times, you finally decided to send my exchange order but THAT GOT CANCELLED FOR NO REASON. I see the machine is available. But it got cancelled.And now you guys have even stopped replying to my emails.Is the customer service limited only till we’re buying the product? Because it seems like that. When I wanted to buy the product EVERYTHING was pretty smooth and fast. And now nothing is moving.

dc 58 v6 battery not holding a charge

DC 17 Flicker Strip - won't stay on - is it safe to use with out it?

Hello! I have had my DC 17 for more than 18 years and I am just now having issues with it. I took apart and cleaned the hair and what not off of the roller bar, and cleaned the gunk off of the bottom plate, but the Flicker Strip came off and will not stay on. I just want to make sure it is safe to use with out the flicker strip because apparently it is not being made anymore and there is no replacement part for it anywhere.

Please could anyone help, I’ve spoke to dyson online chat & they recommend a new part but machine is still saying same.when I take the water tank out & fill up (keeping all top dry) and put back into machine, after turning power back on a tap icon comes up on screen, this is pretty much a new fan. When speaking with Dyson chat the told me the pump column needed to be replaced, today they have sent me another brand new one, and after filling water tank in inserting in machine after powering it back up the tap icon comes back on ? Has anyone had this, dyson was telling me last week that this new part would 100% fix the problem but it doesn’t seem to have, has anyone else had this fault ??

Treatment of professionals has tarnished my impression of the brand.

I am the owner of a hair salon in my city and we all use Dyson Supersonic Professional hair dryers. Our clients expect an elevated and high end experience and we have been very proud to represent Dyson as our tool of choice. Recently I returned my hair dryer for a simple warranty claim. My agent was polite and told me it would only be 7 - 14 days before I had my new dryer. Fast forward to now, I have spoken to three more agents trying to confirm updates on my order and have only just now been informed the Supersonic Pro is out of stock. Had i known this before, I would have simply purchased a new Supersonic at my local beauty supply to use in the meantime. Now, it has almost been a month and I have been losing valuable time behind the chair using a cheap, off brand dryer. All agents have refused to escalate my issue to case managers and I am now having to take my issue public. Poor treatment of any of your customers is unacceptable, but especially when we are relying on your product t

I got airwrap as a birthday gift few years ago, and hardly use it to blow dry or straighten my hair because the handle is too heavy nad pain my fingers due to arthritis. what are my options of replacing or returning?
