How do I reset the filter life indicator on my Dyson purifier heater HP00?

Can someone please explain the reset procedure for a HP00 fan as none of the instructions seem to be correct. I have just received my machine back from Dyson repair and the filter symbol has gone but I am still non the wiser and I am concerned than when it appears again I’ll have to return it again. new Nav 360 VisNav will not charge, resetting to factory setting is failure

Received new 360 VisNav from Dyson late Friday afternoon, 26Apr. Set it up on Saturday. Everything worked except it would not “pair” with its charger. Repeatedly followed instructions to remove from dock, wait 30 seconds, and return to dock with no success. Weekend help bots at support were of no help. Decided to reset the machine to factory settings based on advice from Mark Finn in another closed discussion on the topic. That reduced the menu to a difficult to read QR code for the myDyson app and when my phone would not connect to the machine, it produced another difficult to read QR code that took me to a no longer active page at Dyson’s website. The only other menu option was to power down, which I did. Monday I called support and after waiting for over 50 minutes to chat with an agent I received no more help than I did from the help bots during the weekend, it just took longer. Now I have a case number and instructions to wait to be contacted in 3 to 5 days. Question 1. How can I

Laser Slim Fluffy cleaner head Out of Stock so my vacuum is useless

I have been told by Dyson’s chat bots that this attachment for the V15 cordless model was coming back in stock in two weeks...that was two months ago and still nothing. The laser on the attachment stopped working a long time ago and finally the entire attachment gave out completely. The entire point of purchasing this vauum was to be able to vacuum. I didn’t realize Dyson was this scammy. Can a real person please relayan exact date when these are back in stock OR please be honest with your customers and admit it is impossible to buy parts? eBay seller may be scammer, who do I report it to?

I recently purchased a reconditioned SV16 V11 Outsize vacuum from Dyson Official Store on ebay. After searching the Dyson.com website I find no mention of this seller. The item was shipped to a wrong address even though I entered a delivery address during the checkout process but it was ignored. Now I am out $352.26 and no cleaner either. I have tried appealing to eBay with no luck.

How do I get my money back?

Purchased vacume cleaner (animal) and home cleaning kit in March. Delay on home cleaning kit so rang said not received. But then it turned up. Charged £417.49 instead of invoiced amount of £429.99. Received refund of £379.99.for vacume cleaner but still owed £37.50 for home cleaning kit. It has been over a month now!Lots of investigations when you ring customer service but I still have not had my money back. Help!

Dyson V11 Outsize Motorhead

I am trying to remove the roller from the Motorhead. I have removed one end as per the instructions, the next task is to slide out the roller, but it is completely stick. The roller will go round but I am unable to slide the roller out of the head. I started this becuse the cleaner was working but making a loud noise.

poor customer support

My Dyson V7 vacuum stopped working after 8 months. I contacted Dyson customer support and they confirmed the Dyson battery is faulty and therefore covered under warranty. They said they have nil in stock and I had to wait till a new one arrived. They estimated this could take 4 to 6 weeks, maybe less, maybe more. I said that I did not consider this to be a reasonable period to go without a vacuum, I wanted my vacuum repaired or replaced within a reasonable period. What should I do next. Any suggestions go to contact head office or similar

V10 Battery Screw Removal & Bin Slides Completely Off

Dyson Cyclone V10, just out of 2 yr warranty.Can’t get battery screws out. Phone support told me use a Phillips but many online say to use a Pozidriv. I bought a set of PZ1, PZ2 & PZ3. Only the PZ1 will actually fit in there. All 3 screws are in too tight for Phillips or Pozidriv. Am I missing something? Dust bin won’t stop when emptying, completely separates from main body. Phone support said need either a new main body ($70) or new bin ($30). Waste of 30 minutes waiting on hold.Thanks.

Battery Dyson V8

Hello Dyson Community!I managed to purchase a new Dyson V8 vacuum (replaced the V7). Did not want to go thru same problems as what we did with V7, so were trying to take better take of the V8.I do have some questions though in terms of topic on ‘Maximise its battery life/Charging and storing’. I hope a few of you can enlighten me on these concepts? Many Thanks! “Avoid using the machine with the battery flush to a surface, help it run cooler” … and prolong battery run time and life.I need help with this statement, translate in layman terms please…?! 2.“Letting the battery run down to empty once a month. To help prolong battery life, avoid recharging immediately after a full discharge. Allow to cool for a few minutes.”May seem straightforward advise BUT is somewhat contradicting and open to confusion when on instruction manual - - it says you can leave the battery on charge (and that it is meant to be left on charge) so that the machine is ready for the next use…So what is it? Has anyone successfully received an email address To make a complaint? I do not want a telephone number as I just go round in circles given the same information and assurances over and over again. Even when I asked for an email address, it was not the correct one, and bounced. I have asked to speak to a manager and I have been assured on several occasions that they will call me, and never have. I only want an email address to put my complaint in writing. This has gone on for long enough. I sent my hoover to them for repair at the end of January. I am still waiting. All the chasing has been by me and no one I speak to has any records of conversations. I am beyond frustrated.

Escalation issue - customer service problems

Has anyone had any success with customer service from Dyson?I’ve been waiting for my Dyson coral to be replaced since I ordered an exchange a month ago! They collected my old machine within a week but after countless phone calls I cannot seem to get any answer where my new machine is? They said they have escalated the issue 7 days ago but I haven’t received any communication from them. Any advice where I can go from here? Daily phone calls get me nowhere ☹️

Took my 7 month oldV8 Dyson hoover back to curry’s where I purchased it from last Aug it was not working intermittent starting and stopping does not work at all with the wand attached filters are clean and nothing blocked was put through to someone on the phone and was told it needs a new motor ! But have none in stock we will email you within 2 weeks to let you know when it will be sent to me now 4 weeks later and not a word think it’s discusting that you pay hundreds pounds to get a supposedly good make hoover to have issues within 7 months and have to be without a hoover for weeks and not get any feedback at all this is discusting service what your advice please

V12 detect battery

Hello everyone! I love my V12 Detect slim vacuum but not being able to buy a battery is getting a bit ridiculous. I signed up for them to notify me a year or more ago when the vaccum first came out. I also used my mother's email address and my girlfriends thinking it would increase my odds of getting one. We still have yet to receive an email saying stock was available. I also contacted Dyson by phone and chat, but still no luck. I would recommend this vacuum to everyone if it wasn't for the battery issue. The vacuum cleans so incredibly well! Does anyone know of a last shot chance of getting a battery? I've literally tried everything.

professional model of supersonic hair dryer out of stock….. still

I have been a long time loyal customer of Dyson hair care technology. I’ve been using the supersonic professional dryer for the past 7 to 8 years. I bought the newer model maybe a year ago and it just stopped blowing hot air.My first dealings with support promised a swift Return/exchange however they were out of stock. I’ve since then, spoken with three different people on separate occasions and have been told three separate things.I am struggling to perform the quality of work that I’m used to giving my clients.I’ve also had to spend money on a subpar replacement dryer. Does anyone know what’s actually going on? I feel like there’s more to the story here… the filter definitely seemed like it was going to be an issue with this model.Honesty and transparency would be appreciated as we’re (sounded like there are a lot of professionals in the same boat) stuck here, waiting in the dark.

when can I get a refund for the item which I returned in July 2023?

It’s been almost 9 months since I returned a soft roller cleaner head. Whenever I contacted the customer service via chat, WhatsApp, they said it would be refunded between 24-48 hours. HOWEVER, it’s 25 April of today . Is it reasonable to arrange a refund for 9 months. I literally wanted to know How can I be refunded? They always asked me about the tracking number, case ID, and the receipt, and I sent all of them upon request. Is it possible to get my money back? My case ID is ID 38022693.

Help, please! I have a DC 25 which is great. Recently the ball stops rolling and I realised that the heap filter had come loose. We replaced it, but the problem is recurring. The part seems to click in but not stay clicked in. Any ideas please? Many thanks

no update on my exchange

My machine stopped working after 2 months of buying it. I raised an exchange request for it. I sent the product within 2 days and it has been more than a month since I got a update.EVERYTIME I chat or email you guys, there’s just a standard reply “You’ll get an update in 24 hours”. After that? Nothing happens. After chatting about 15 times, you finally decided to send my exchange order but THAT GOT CANCELLED FOR NO REASON. I see the machine is available. But it got cancelled.And now you guys have even stopped replying to my emails.Is the customer service limited only till we’re buying the product? Because it seems like that. When I wanted to buy the product EVERYTHING was pretty smooth and fast. And now nothing is moving.

dyson warranty for airstrait

I am having problem with my airstrait been using it for 2 weeks and today suddenly it won’t work. I ‘ve been using the right which plug and the test and today suddenly it didn’t switch on. the only concern for me is I bought the Dyson airstrait in Dubai and I have moved to Malaysia for now . Can I still get the warranty in Malaysia . I won’t be going back to Dubai anytime soon as my work needed me to be in Malaysia .
