Iconic Customer Service (wrong)

I sent my 39 day old Dyson that just stoped working into Dyson in El Paso Texas,  took the complete machine to the UPS store where they packed it up weighed it at 11.4 lbs sent on October 20th ….
on November 18th I called to check the status on my replacement machine and was told the only received the motor and the receiving package weighed 7lbs. I told them we need to file a claim with UPS as of today Dec 10 they have not done so and said they are not providing a replacement .. so let’s let the public decide   Dyson ripped me off

 

. This is the entire vacuum cleaner dropped off at the UPS store, have the video showing the employee packing this vacuum cleaner in a box and I was shown the video of the UPS driver picking up a completely sealed box      Dyson you get a big fat 0 for customer service and I am out my money and don’t even have the non working vacuum.

Here is the iconic service I got!! Still no tracking number on the replacement I was supposed to receive.. started this process on October 20th and today Dec 13th still no vac
