Help! no update on Airwrap Id Exchange | Dyson Community

I purchased a brand new strawberry bronze airwrap id directly from Dyson and when it arrived it would not turn on. I called customer service and after troubleshooting they determined the device was faulty. I was disappointed obviously but they assured me I would receive a brand new device in the same limited edition color within 15 business days. It's now been 13 business days since they received the broken device and I haven't received any tracking number or update. Every time l've called customer service they tell me I will receive a tracking number in 24-48 hours and that doesn't happen. I've heard many similar things online and Its worrisome. I spent a lot of money on a device that arrived faulty and now I can't get an answer on when I will receive the new device or even a tracking number. At this point I won't receive the device within the 15 day timeline which is disappointing but I'm really hoping for a solution. I'm especially concerned because the device is a limited edition holiday color and the chance of it going out of stock I feel is high. I just want a resolution to this.
