I am disgusted with Dyson support constantly lying to me about delivery. I ordered a hair drier after seeing that it would be delivered in 2-9 working days. As time went on I messaged support three times asking why the product has not shipped. Each time I got the same BS answer that not to worry I will receive it is 2-9 working days. Well it is now 10 working days and the product is not even in possession of UPS! I ordered the drier as a gift and now I am empty handed on my wife’s birthday. Thank you to the nModeration edit - profanity removed] at Dyson that lie about their ability to deliver.
